Actually, it was mentioned MONTHS ago in a video by CR of Familiar Faces, which is part of what got me into the show.

That doesn't surprise me, actually. I don't watch CR generally (in fact I think I've only watched one of his videoes), but he did strike he as someone who would appreciate MLP:FiM. (The one video I watched as about Kim Possible, which he seemed quite in favour of (as am I).)

(Linkara is one of the more visible members of the crew though.)

I'm just wondering how long it is before they all crack...

This is just second hand information, so, you know, take it with a huge grain of salt, but apparently someone showed Spoony a picture of Doctor Insano as a pony and he pitched a bit of a fit.

That art video was fascinating, by-the-by. Not being familiar - at all - with art packages aside from doing things pixel by pixel (see avatar!), I could see there are all sorts of tricks and techinques similar to the ones I use when doing stuff on TurboCAD. I can see why people either use scanned pencil (like I do) or tablets, though! My mouse control is rubbish (as I've always found when I've tried doing digital art.)
