There's a squad going up at the north camp with the griffon momentarily. Mach's going to be up in the city airspace when they arrive.

I have the camp and south gate. The city airspace will be self DM for a while as there wont be any enemy PCs.

After the shift in battle, the camp will revert to self DM... maybe.

Crisis has the north gate as he controls the moose.

As for the Cirrus, control of the monster is up for grabs. I'll do it too if it comes to that.

Might want to delegate that task though. Wouldn't want yourself to be overly burdened as it were.

Perhaps one of the other Cirrus Crew players? I cannot for the simple fact I don't know to RP a giant monster convincingly.

Somewhere in the 1-2k range I think.

My guess is that there are about 2,000-2,500 ponies living in Bridle Shores dark.
The ratio of earthponies, pegasi, and unicorns is about 4:3:3
There are fewer than about 300 foals under 18 in the town as their are few ponies with children in town.
The townguard and militia add up to more than 500 ponies.

I'd put that number higher since I think it's been said that half the town is part of the militia.

Whether that number involves combat readiness is another issue. Many militia members may be mostly involved with medical duties or disaster relief (fire-fighting, search & rescue, etc.)

I'd say of the Bridle Shore Adults

10-15% are fulltime guardponies
20-25% are regular citizens with weapons and some training (Or a few combat spells for unicorns)
5-10% are trained warriors and mages in the militia (Our PCs, retired guardponies, ex-military, retired police officers, etc)
10-15% are non-combat militia support
45% are ponies who hide under their beds when stuff blow up
