A whisper in the darkness. Promising salvation.
She but had to say 'Yes', and everything that she loved would be hers, forever.

Green eyes flashed open in front of her, triumphant and cruel.

She screamed.

Alright everypony, we can figure this out. We'll just need to do some detective work. Firstly we'll need to compile a list of every pony that might have a reason to kidnap Midnight. Let's see, it could be a stalker pony that pines for Midnight from afar, or perhaps somepony trying to get a ransom for the daughter of Princess Luna. Maybe somepony wants revenge on Midnight for certain events not necessarily limited to the Midnight Mare incident. All in all, that means that our list of suspects could include...

*looks at sheet, and throws it on the ground*

Everypony! That didn't narrow it down at all! Except Lyra, we know that she didn't do it.

Well, we still have one other important clue. The culprit has green eyes...
