Yeah, 6 is probably most thematic, and I like it aesthetically, too. The pseudo-phoenix is interesting, but unless WATCHTOWER has been destroyed or nearly so in the past, it doesn't necessarily fit with our theme.

I don't really get what eyes got to do with watchtower. Sure, I get the connection to the name but an eye would imply you know, actual watching or spying? Watchtower doesn't do that, it's supposed to protect the world from apocalypses etc. Not gather information or anything like that, that's NO's job.

I know the tower got some type of observatory but they never use that. A tower would be much more fitting then an eye which basically got nothing to do with watchtower beyond the name.

Therefore 4 or 5 have my vote.

Watchtower PROTECTS the nexus, they don't watch over it. Important difference.

Edit: I have never seen it being used on screen that often. I can recall like two times during the entire time I been in watch. Maybe it was used more before.

They do both. Or at least, that's what KR does. Forewarned is forearmed after all, and being able to wield multiple weapons at once is always a great boon when dealing with apocalyptic thingymabobs.

Indeed. Though being forearmed might mean you have a distinct lack of hands, too. Spellings are important sometimes. And it's hard to tell when the stars are aligning if you don't watch them, which means that they're quite literally watching the sky over Nexus.

Eh, I just don't see it personally. We have to agree to disagree on this one. I just don't really like eyes in watchtowers logo. Besides, eyes look evil to me.

I always liked a tower of some sort, or maybe just a tower-like symbol. Of course, that's hardly original but few things are these days.

Maybe a shield? A shield and an eye could work if you really like that eye angle.
