Her tower is Wellspring Tower, it's in Eastside (Riverside) and you can find a description in Riverside's first post.

The basic idea of the tower is that it is a tribute to the river of Riverside, which in turn makes it a symbolic focal point of Riverside itself.

Alright, so NO's OP will have to be updated for the changes that are to be made. So far, I think we've got a probationary period for new members and two seconds-in-command for Dipsnig. I'm also thinking that the list of contracts should contain links to the post where the contract was given, but that might be a lot of work.

I found it helpful in SAINT at least.
Going back to find old ones might not be worth it, but keeping it updated for new ones definitely will.

My suggestions for editing the OP in blue. Also, the contracts list is out of date, and I got confused by overlapping conversations, so I'm not sure what is going on, but I filled in what I could remember. Hopefully the people involved in the jobs can furnish the rest.

However, new members are considered on probation until the complete a contract. If there are no contracts, then they can come off probation by bringing in business.
