Uidon wakes up rolls over, onto the floor from his thin pallet. Pain roars in his ears and he crawls towards the water bucket, hoping to dunk his throbbing head into the water. Half way across the floor he is found curled up around his shirt torn off, a large jagged bronze scar with puckered edges scoring across his flank and stomach, matching the scrapes and scratches across his arms.
When the Dreamers are gathered later Uidon sits shivering in a robe. "Maybe it will destroy us." He says to Seanon's questions, "but first we use it. The test. The creatures answers... it's so confusing. Those answers confound."
To Elkal, "Not just destroy the empire. We need to build. These people know nothing." Uidon fiddles idly with an iron filing, smashing it and reshaping it into abstract spirals, "but the Mines are a good target. Before we know to collapse it, we need more information. Where do they smelt? We need ingots, not rocks." "Just raiding the mine won't help. The empire will just take new slaves and re-populate it.
Also, all we know about that mine is a bleach on a map. we cannot hope to hit it when it is more vulnerabble... and then, Uidon is right - we need lingots, not ore. In fact, we need swords and armor. and colapsing an iron mine won't destroy any imperial blade as a consequence.
Hiting the mine IS a good idea, but we know to little about it. I think it is time for us to go to a large city to get some news and information."

Finally, you decided that gogin to the larger city of Kavatch is better idea, since you will be able to gahter much more info. Elkal stays behind and heads for the Iron mines to spy, while you followers stay in the tower for protection.

You gather some suplies and prepare to leave for the city. The followers wish you good luck and are confident they will handle themselves finely.
Walking over the jungle is much easier now, since you're getting used to it after nearly 2 months living inside it. The fisrt day fo march goes without any incident. You saw only a few harmless wild animals, that tasted great with onions on supper.
On the second day, you start heainh into the areas of the forest that were previously unexplored. While you don't see difference on vegetation or geological structure, you keep the guard up, since this area hasn't been cleared off monsters. it is a windy and cloudy day, and it becomes difficult to use your hearing to notice anything moving between the whirling trees and bushes.
Arround noon, a strong gust of wind reaches your party, forcing the trees to bend and make a lot of noise from the sound of their brances moving wildly. A few moments after this gust of wind, you hear wood cracking, as if a tree was torn apart... and then again, and again... louder and louder, faster and faster...
It was not the wind.
Something caught your scent.

Brief lines of dark copper color flared up his arms and for a moment the skin bulged as he threw out a flurry of attacks. "What is it!" he cried, tensing to dodge away from the killer strike he knew would be coming.

You trow yourselves at the monster, with wild abadon, esely hitting the enoumous creature. While it seems like you just droped a waterfall of blood flowing enought redish liquids to fill your entire tower, your cuts seem like more than bruises on the creature's trully massive body (uidon missed 1 attack. a bit of DR prevented some damage).
The creature then moves his enourms head towards Nova (1d4)[4] (1=Uidon, 2= Korin, 3= Xilef, 4=Nova), calmly chewing him up.
Attack vs Nova: (1d20+30)[46], damage (3d8+34)[46]
Grapple: unbeatable, for now
After that, Nova finds itself stuck in the creature's maw, that barelly need to make an effort to keep him there. the wurm lead it's head upwards once or twice, shaking the hero violently, as if inside a volcano during an earthquake.

Trying to keep his calm, Nova singing seems to come as yells, but harmonic yells (or so he hoped).
Seeing it's just impossible for him to leave this wurm's grapple, he focus on healing himself to survive it longer while he yells: "FREEEEEEEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"

Seanon moves the flaming sphere back onto the snake and casts Mass Enlarge Person on everyone (unless someone doesn't want it) including Nova who is in the snake's mouth, hoping that by increasing the paladin's size he might free him from the snake's bite.

The ravaging wounds you inflict in the creature can no longer be ignored, despite it's trully colossal size. blood pumps out with enourmos force, and you're quite sure that two or three bumping hearts were already harvested away from the creature.
Having one opponent held in it's motuh, the creature decides to hold another in there.

by taking a -20 penality on it's grapple checks, the creature is not considered to be grappling Nova. this penality may be enought to allow Nova's escape
It attacks Xilef (1d20+25)[40], damage (3d8+36)[47], grapple to hold in mouth (1d20+45)[56]
The monster is limited to 1 attackper round, so Nova is simply just there. in the mouth.
The creature looks straiight for Xilef, as herattacks hurt a lot. despite the size, the attack comes at tremendous velocity, due to absurd strenght of the muscles on the creature's neck.
Now there are only 3 preys left to neutralize....
