The Operative approaches the front door to AMEN. A briefcase is floating near his hand.

Entrace Harnel

Green opens the door.

"Smite or join?" he asks with a smile.

[Entrance]

Zefir will answer the door the man in the main Room could see him, if they want to talk to someone.

[Shadowcaller]

[Entrance]

The third figure is a woman with delicate snow white skin nearly the same color as the long white hair which falls over her her shoulders and down to her chest.
Her eyes are silver in color without any visible pupils or iris which are framed by her high eyebrows. She have a small nose and well-defined blue-colored lips.
Her figure is somewhere between plump and slender and she carries herself with the grace of a warrior.

[Halae]

[Entrance]

"Well actually," The man, Tom, states, "My lovely accomplice has a few questions for you and the other members before we say anything definite," he indicates Dawn.

Yanna, the demon woman, just stands quietly.

[Zefir]

Entrace Harnel & Shadowcaller

Green the Henchman looks confused.

"We are the Association of the Malicious, Evil, and Nefarious. We are the evil guys. I don't think there is anything you need to know to decide your joining."

Poor henchman. I see him getting smite.

[Shadowcaller]

[Entrance 2.0]

"I'm not planning to join." Dawn explains with a smile. "I'm Dawn and I just wanted to ask a few questions to the members if that's okay?"

[Halae]

[Entrance 2.0]

Tom remains silent for now, as does Yanna. This is Dawn's thing; they're just here to keep her safe if she gets attacked.

[Zefir]

[Entrance 2.0]

Well I don't think that's AMEN standard stuff.

"Eh sorry we aren't some local FAQ. If you search for a specific person we could help. As I said Join or Smite and if you don't join that means smite."

AMEN is still simply easy.

"Oh and then we like to talk to a member, anyone will do." Dawn replies with a smile.

[Entrance 2.0]

Green the Henchman might feel a tap on his shoulder. "Excuse me, but did I just hear these people ask to speak to some members?" Behind him is a sharp dressed man with a sharp smile, looking fine in his continental suit. The low brim of his gentleman's just lets the glitter of his eyes past as he looks out on the visitors with keen interest.

[Earl of Purple]

Main Room

Swede or Black might notice what looks like an eight-year-old boy sitting near the television. The child has blonde hair with a hint of green, orange eyes and bluish-purple skin. He's wearing denim dungarees and a pale yellow t-shirt, and there's a red rucksack resting on the sofa next to him. When the child sees them, and can see them looking, he waves.

[Entrance 2.0]

Green just shrugs.

"Well here you go he's a new one have fun."

He turns around.

"If you need us just call us we are everywhere."

And he might notice many ther Henchman doing normal day's stuff.

[Neon Knight]

[Entrance 2.0]

The man in the continental suit steps forward as Green leaves, extending a hand. "James Swede, at your service. Just call me Swede."

[Main Room]

The pale cowboy in black stares at the little boy. "Yer a bit short to be a killer, kid."

[Earl of Purple]

Main Room

The little boy smiles, and changes shape. The skin pales to white, and all colour fades from the eyes and hair, which also lengthens to reach shoulder-length. The face becomes more feminine, and a pair of wings grow from the child's back. Eventually, the child's true, androgynous, angelic form is revealed; the hair is silvery-blonde, the skin is a shade to match and the eyes lack pupil and iris, containing purely cruelty. The wings are covered in snow-white feathers. "It is true that I prefer manipulation, but I daresay I've killed more people than you have, mortal." Nephrim gives the pale cowboy a smile. It's quite a creepy one.

Since this is a plotclone in the same thread, Cyrus is male again.

Anyway, anyone here might note Cyrus on the couch, working on some project. Which for some reason involves shooting lightning from his fingertips at it. Looks like a wand of some sort...

[Entrance 2.0]

"Swede? Very well mister Swede, I'm Dawn and this is my boyfriend Tom and his protector Yanna." The deva introduces them. "You are a member of AMEN correct? Could I perhaps have a little discussion with you?"

[Neon Knight]

[Main Room]

Black gives a dry chuckle, like a death rattle. "Ain't mortal. Ain't human much either, not no more. And I reckon I've kilt a fair many people in my time. You'd have to be workin' hard to lick old Black at killin'." The pale, dry skinned man returns the look with his own rictus like grin.

[Entrance 2.0]

Swede is all smiles, his manner rather genial. "Certainly, Miss Dawn. I've got nothing but time to kill, for now." He laughs softly, then gestures inside. "Shall we head in? Take a seat, discuss this like civilized folk?"

[Earl of Purple]

Main Room

"I've been killing for the best part of four thousand years, not including the thousand years I was a slave to mercy, compassion, and weakness. Two hundred and fifty of those four thousand years was spent discovering how good a demigoddess of pain is at torture." The demons of the Abyss wanted to be sure that Nephrim really had Fallen.

[Halae]

[Entrance 2.0]

Tom and Yanna will remain quiet for now, following Dawn if she goes in. They'll respond is something hostile occurs towards Dawn, but otherwise will mostly remain silent, so the scene can carry on in my absence.

[Neon Knight]

[Main Room]

Black spits on the ground. "Ain't much for braggin'. Ain't much for jawin', neither. You got a few words out of me. That's more than most. But do you got a point to this, amigo, or are you just lookin' to wear someone's ears out?"

[Earl of Purple]

Main Room

"Apologies; I am used to dealing with demons, and if a demon thinks it's stronger than you the only way to make it see sense is to kill it at least once." Nephrim's smile is still there.

[Shadowcaller]

[Entrance 2.0==> Main Room]

"Of course mister Swede, let us go inside. Come on Tom."

And I suppose they will enter and take a seat. The deva rather wary against the others within the building. "So could you first tell me about AMEN and perhaps yourself?"

[Neon Knight]

[Main Room]

Black scowls. "'Shucks, you even brag when you're apologizin'."

Swede plops down in a soft chair, extravagantly splaying himself out in a cavalier disregard for proper posture. "Me? I'm just a crooked buzzard looking for a place to roost. Been fighting tooth and nail all my life. Don't let the pretty clothes fool you; I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I was born with dirt and blood in my mouth, and a struggled and fought for nearly every cent I've had. Most people reckon I'm a bad sort, and they're right. Trouble is, they're bad sorts, too. They'd do the same thing if they were in my shoes, 'cept they got money and inheritance to keep them afloat. The society they built lets them steal from the poor without hurting their dainty consciences, and allows them to act all genteel even when there's blood on their hands. I'm just much more honest about the kind of animal I am, compared to them. I'm real, and they're all fakery and masks. At least, that's the way I figure it. So I make my living robbing, stealing, gambling, and cheating. And it's worked out for me and my boys so far."

"And this place? Well, for me, it's just another roost. A place to hole up and catch some rest between fighting in the teeth of the world. It ain't much, but I don't have to deal with self-righteous types here."

[Earl of Purple]

Main Room

Nephrim's smile widens. "Only when I mean it." That might be a lie. In fact, it's probably a lie.

[Shadowcaller]

[Main Room]

Dawn listens carefully to his story and nods during several parts of it.
As he finishes she's quiet for a moment before adding, "An interesting story. Life seems to have been very hard for you mister Swede and you seems to have had to be very hard man yourself to endure it. Do you believe everyone is as bad as you... behind their masks?"

[Neon Knight]

[Main Room 1]

Swede nods. "Yes. Oh, there are weirdos and outliers. But the common man? He's an animal. He'll do what animals do: survive, at all costs."

[Main Room 2]

Black snorts. "Now I know you're full of it." He stomps off, going to go look for Swede.

[Devixer]

[Main Room]

The Operative wanders in here, deciding to wait for Gordon.

[Shadowcaller]

[Main Room 1]

"I guess I'm a 'weirdo' then." Dawn replies with a smile. "I agree that all men can act as animals if you put them in the right situation. I'm not sure that is their real nature however but I can understand your point of view. You justify your behavior by the fact that everyone is just as bad as you during the right circumstances. You don't need to feel bad about hurting them since they are all scum anyway. Is that correct?"

Main Room

Gordon, with the potion worn off, has his sunglasses back to normal, looks and spots the Operative.

"Ah, so I guess that you have gotten what I asked for, excellent. Shall we step into my office and I finish giving you your payment?"

The Operative nods towards Gordon, and indicates the briefcase that's sort of in his hand. "At your convenience."
