shugenja, maybe? wis based (I think) and it has the whole elemental motif going on. I really just said monks because (as you may have gathered from my recent swath of posters) I just finished marathoning the show and they fight primarily with unarmed strikes that deal a lot more damage than a normal human's should (punch through stone and robots on a regular basis) when they're not just using wu.

elemental savant would work flavourwise (if not as well mechanically) since it lets them transform into elementals at the capstone as they start doing once they become wudai warriors.

as far as homebrew goes, one guy did a bangup job statting up all the shen gong wu and making a bunch of homebrew feats for the main characters on /tg/ a while back. google "shen gong wu /tg/ " and it should come up

Yes, that's Princess Kraehe from Princess Tutu. My favourite anime bar none. It's all available with a great english sub on youtube, if you've got a while, it's definitely worth a watch. with 26 half-hour episodes it won't be a huge timesink.

It is, though I have no idea what an alchemical is.

Appleseed looks great with cool action scenes, but the plots are real B-movie material.

The series of posters was about Exalted splats.
It is inevitable, of course, that persons of epicurean refinement will in the course of eternity engage in dealings with those of... unsavory character. Record well any transactions made, and repay all favors promptly.. (Thanks to Gnomish Wanderer for the Toreador avatar! )

Unfortunately. The manga is a lot more complex and Shirows other big manga ghost in the shell has been adapted to anime with a very strong focus on the plot.

Essentially a soul that's been heroic over several lives implanted into an artifical body, that gets further enhanced by magitech.

Oh, and they turn into mecha when they get older and more powerful.

    And then entire cities.

You could call it the action spin off, though it was actually written earlier and takes place a few centuries later.

The "Print Screen" key usually works. You just need an image programm where you can paste it and then save it as a file.
