I find it hilarious that everyone thinks the Spire is a trap.
I also find it hilarious that anyone thinks anyone-even Riv- would be allowed to cause trouble.
I made the guards a little OP because this isn't a combat heavy plot. Any fighting should end quickly without anyone dying.

Plus, from what I've heard, a damn good shot. Sakura is his +number I believe.

Just say it's a different timeline sometime after the attempted robbery. The vaults are expansive. It's unlikely if they get that far that they'll happen to get to your character's vault.
