Valente swallows hard. He glances down briefly, but his eye shoot right back up. What's gotten into him? This most certainly should have been crossing the line.

"I couldn't ask for anything. I mean, all I had to do was run and shout." He chuckles. It's a nervous sound.

Magtok narrows his eyes at Lavthos. "If you're insinuating that I engage in any sort of tomfoolery or curtain exchange with the Tenebras then you're sorely mistaken, Mr. Reimarch. Negotiations have only just begun, and I don't mean to insult the post-mortem community, but unlike Mr. Gordon I prefer girls with functioning and self-sustaining circulatory systems."

"You did more than that. You rescued me and made sure I was ok and didn't leave me alone. There aren't many guys who would do that. It makes you special. Attractive." Ilpholin covers up her need to gag, by leaning in to give him a magically empowered kiss.

Valente is kissed. After a moment of shock he reciprocates. He may have only kissed someone a few times in his life, but he knows an amazing kiss when he experiences it. Astrana never kissed him like this...

Astrana! The vampire's eyes open and he breaks off the kiss. He removes his arms from where they ended up around her waist, but doesn't move away any more than that. He should really be putting some distance between them. Why isn't he? "I- I can't do this. I have a girlfriend." The protest is weak at best.

"Shhhh... She doesn't have to know." Ilpholin says, moving in to kiss him again, while rubbing his leg tantalizingly, throwing on more pheromones and adding even more power to the passionate kiss she intends on giving him. Her free hand to goes to wrap around the back of his head and drag him into it. She's really pouring into this all out with her abilities.

Valente is kissed again, though he doesn't return it. Looks like he's gonna resist even her most potent abilities. He raises his hands to her chest to push her away... then ends up groping her instead as he gives in. Simply shameful. *shakes head*

Ilpholin continues to kiss him as she repositions herself so she's straddling him as she sits in his lap. She intends to build up the heat for a while, giving him a chance to reach for the curtain himself. Though, by the time she's done with the preliminaries, I suspect he'll be begging for just such a thing. She will let the curtain fall if he goes for it.

It doesn't take too much longer before Valente couldn't resist anymore if he even wanted to. Chances are he doesn't. The vampire reaches for the curtain and hastily drags it closed.

Ilpholin is going to ply her trade. Her very best trade. As the curtain tussles, she's going to subtly work her magic in, plying Valente to make him desire this more, make him desire Ilpholin more, make him willing to do anything she requests in exchange for the reward she'll give him behind the curtain as a result. In other words, she's working on him like she has others like Devi, aiming to make Valente her willing puppet and lusty bed partner. Of course, she goes about this slowly and subtly through the course of the curtain. Granted, being Ilpholin's minion comes with a lot of perks.

Everything's attempts of course.

There is a difference this time in that she's pouring on a lot more than usual. She has no idea how it works on vampires. If it works like it does on most everyone else, then the effects are likely to be more visible to Valente's friends, compared to the usual subtlety Ilpholin has with her partners, because he'll be that much more devoted to her. That's presuming no natural undead resistance to her wiles though.

There's no resistance to speak of. At least, not as a part of vampirism. He doesn't have any real metal resistances either, so Ilpholin's work is more than done. It's likely a long curtain as well. What Valente lacks in experience, he makes up for with literally unlimited endurance. In fact, he won't stop until she wants him to. So yeah, likely a while. >.>

After the curtain rises, Valente has yet to feel any shame. Not while he's still in her presence. He presses up against her. "You're amazing."

Yay, finally curtain rise.
Ilpholin traces his arm slowly before leaning over for a gentle, short kiss.
"You have... amazing abilities yourself..."

The vampire grins at her, running a hand up and down her side. It's clear on his face that he'd curtain her again right this instant if given the chance. She might have over did it a bit.

"Thanks." He seems uncertain of what to do now, so he'll just take this opportunity to savor the feeling of her bare skin touching his while he still can.

Tony wakes up from wherever he slept, and begins to feel his back.

Why does he do this, every time? He asks himself, in a high-class British accent. After rubbing his neck for a few seconds, he starts talking again... There. That's that fixed at least. ..in a distinctly feminine voice.

(S?)he grunts a little, and there's a terrible cracking noise, before beautiful white wings burst from her back, feathers cascading to the ground as they force their way out of his back.

She grunts in pain, falling to the floor and panting for a few seconds, before regaining her composure, and starting to look around for a mirror.

"That's great. I trust you too. With anything." Valente tries to lay kisses on her neck repeatedly. Until he needs to talk again at least.

Ilpholin tilts her neck so he can get to it better.

Then realizes what the heck she's doing and quickly goes to try and tilt his his head with one hand and kiss him on the lips. Vampire plus neck is bad.

"Well... what I mean is that I feel I can trust you with why I'm here."

[Exbourne Manor - Ramiro's Office]

The vampire shakes his head. "We have little information on them. They do have a rather targeted message in regard to vampires, if you understand my meaning. Few religions even tolerate our kind, but it's rarely so blatant."

Mouse gives a slow nod. "Very well. If you can point to me the nearest church, I'll see what I can do."

[Gullara]

[Exbourne Manor - Ramiro's Office]

Ramiro gives her the address. "Good luck. Report back to me as soon as you find out anything."

[Westside - Hotel]

Valente does mind, nor does he catch why she made the switch. Other things on his mind to say the very least. "Oh?" He asks. "What is it?"

[Reinholdt]

[Westside - Hotel]

"Well... I was... married once. Cessie and I were." Ilpholin looks away like this was hard to talk about. "Until a vampire came. Rot was his name. Harnel and..." Oh geeze... name... NAME... "Wenomir did what they could to protect us, and we got away, but they... they..." Ilpholin chokes up a bit here.

[Gullara]

[Westside - Hotel]

"That's terrible. I'm so sorry." Valente tries to push her hair back and stroke it in a way he hopes is comforting. "Rot?" He blinks. "He's a wanted criminal here. A murderer. We're supposed to keep an eye out for him when we're on patrol."

[Reinholdt]

[Westside - Hotel]

Ilpholin nods and looks to him for a second before going to bury her head into his neck. Not sobbing. Just taking comfort in his presence.

"Yeah. We tracked him here. Cessie found out he had gone into the Exbourne Manor recently and hasn't come out. She was going to another place to get us supplies and check another lead first just in case the manor one didn't pan out. She didn't tell me where."

[Gullara]

[Westside - Hotel]

"At the manor?" Valente thinks about it, still stroking her hair. "I knew something was going on. People are tense... Maybe they captured him. If they did then he won't be a problem anymore." Hopefully that will bring her some comfort.

[Reinholdt]

[Westside - Hotel]

Ilpholin glances up at him, eyes wide.
"No! It..." Ilpholin glances down. "I'm sorry. I don't think I'll ever have closure until I kill him myself." She starts to twist in bed to face away from him.

[Gullara]

[Westside - Hotel]

Valente tries to stop her turning with a gentle hand. "Maybe... Maybe I could take you to him. He's going to be executed anyway."

[Reinholdt]

[Westside - Hotel]

Ilpholin stops and looks up with him with hopeful eyes.
"Could... could you? Oh... if you did that... I would be so grateful. So grateful." Like her dreams have come true. Grateful enough to repay him however he wanted.

[Gullara]

[Westside - Hotel]

Valente smiles at her. "Yeah, I'd be happy to take you. Whenever you want." Anything to make her feel better.

[Reinholdt]

[Westside - Hotel]

"Thank you. Thank you so much..." It's time for Ilpholin to reward her pet by reaching for the curtain again and throwing another minor dose of Ilpholin desire his way.

"Fascinating, I had no such intentions at all and yet you jump to that very conclusion. No, I do not mean to insult your sexuality, whatever it might be." He pauses and spins his now empty coffee mug around at the table.
"I did listen to a recording of that book of yours, read up by Pat, an assistance of yours I believe. Lovely voice. It brings up the memory of seeing Gordon visiting Tenebras the other day, were you aware of that?"

The curtain is pulled once more. Hopefully Ilpholin can control herself and get a move on before Rot's coffin is destroyed and it's too late.
