Salix arrives with the group too! She's sticking close to Brinika mostly. It's not very often the dryad gets too far away from GLoG or her tree. Another birthday, though! Birthdays are fun, as she learned from Natalie's.

Tito walks in beside Brinika. "Lily is a little hyper," he whispers to her.

Brinika giggles. "I guess she is. But it's birthday. And Justin's house is awesome."

She probably wouldn't stop Griz from sneaking aboard with her.

Yes, Tito, and water is wet. Now that we're done stating the obvious let's get to the inside. Like was said before, streamers and confetti are everywhere. Each table and counter has it's own cloud of balloons anchored down by ribbon. At a counter on the far end of the alley are the goodie bags, small plastic bags filled with assorted candies and treats, there's enough for everyone, and a few people twice. The once arcade area has been filled with more analogue party games like pin the tail on the donkey. Most important of all is the snack bar which has most of it's space taken up by something large covered by a white sheet.

Justin kneels down to receive Lily's running glomp. "Well that was fast. It's gonna be pretty hard to top 'best birthday ever' at the first two seconds. Happy Birthday Lily. And you too Tito," he says as the other halfling walks in. Each of the guests are welcomed warmly.

The only exceptions are Keo and Griz, but not by Justin, who greets Keo the same and ignores the little cat. The pair of cats is instead greeted harshly by a black cat staring them down. It has had quite enough about all of the two leggers wallking around like they own the place. Now the Blue thing wants to bring in more cats. Oh no, not on its watch. "Mrrowr." You two got two choices. Paw the line or get gone. "Meow."

Griz stretches and arches his back before walking in a relaxed line perpendicular to the Black Cat's direction. Then turning around and walking it the other way. Right to left, left to right.

"Justin has the best house!" Tito agrees to Brinika, and then he approaches Justin himself. "Hi, Justin. Thank you very much for hosting our party," Tito says politely. Then he goes out to help his dad bring in a bag of presents. Not for him and his sister, but for the guests. Hobbit party, you know!

He's just in time to see Natalie landing and shapeshifting. "You learned to shapeshift your clothes! That's neat."

Lily leaps down and runs amok, greeting all the guests (even those she was on the cart with) very loudly and happily.

Marley, who took the Riftline to get here, carries a small crate which is holding his present to the birthday girl. He smiles at Lily as she greets him.

"Happy birthday."

Jamie giggles, smiling at Keo. "Hey, you'll have fun. I promise!" She does, however, make a mental note to watch out to be sure she doesn't get into any catnip.

"No, I didn't. I bought some specially enchanted clothes that change form with their owner. They're designed for lycanthropes, but they work just as well for shapeshifters like me. Happy birthday, Tito." It's impossible for Natalie to change anything besides herself unless that something is specially enchanted.

Natalie also takes a box out of her rucksack and will try to hand it to Tito.

Salix follows behind Brinika and Tito and looks around at the building with a certain amount of interest. She goes to tug on Brinika's sleeve. "What kinda house is this?"

"I don't know," Brinika admits. "I think I heard Justin and Tito and Lily call it a bowling alley, but I don't know what that means."

"What am I supposed to do?" Keo asks nervously. She doesn't really pay attention to the black cat.

"It's fine, T. It's practically payment for helping with my house," Justin says passively.walk around with the bag It wasn't much trouble. It's also a good practice run for running this alley. Justin also watches Tito and Brand, carrying around a bag, probably full of packages. He has no clue there for the guests.

The black cat steps slowly up to pacing one, and takes a seat in front of the other cat. Oh the ignoring one will be dealt with in time, but the insolent one gets the treatment now. "Meow." Wouldn't have taken much, one teeny show of submission for coming into another cats area. But no. He had to be a smartass. "Mowrr."

The cat' eyes slit, and without getting, up all of it seems to lunge forward at Griz. It dissappears before any contact leaving nothing but cold air.

Congrats, smartass one. It was going to just sit through the party, now it's day is built around screwing with you. Your ass is haunted.

"Meow," the air whispers, fading into the sounds of the air conditioner.

"Relax, enjoy yourself, and eat cake!" Jamie declares happily, waving at Natalie before grinning at spotting Tito. "Happy Birthday!"

It's the birthday girl and the birthday boy. Their birthdays are a few days (and a year) apart. Lily will be 8 and Tito 9.

"Happy birthday to you too, Marley!" Lily bellows, too high on happy to issue the correct greeting.

"That's really cool, Natalie," Tito says. "I bet you won't outgrow them either."

Pansy has cake and punch and a hundred other refreshments for the kids and adults to eat whenever they like.

Keo looks around a bit, and then peels off from Jamie and wanders around, looking and sniffing. This is a very odd place, she really doesn't know what to do with all this.

Griz hisses when the black cat lunges at him, stepping back and preparing for an impact that never comes. He looks around confused for a second and then doubly so when Griz hears the meow from over there. He gets down low to the ground and slowly creeps towards the air conditioner to peer inside.

"I really have no idea." Natalie will wave back at Jamie. "I have this for you; is there somewhere I'm supposed to put it or will you open it now?" She holds out the package she pulled from her rucksack earlier.

Marley smiles and walks over to a table to put the crate down. Then he walks over to the food table, Marley likes to have food when he can get it. After all, there was a time when he didn't have regular meals.

Justin begins bowling, to get the people watching and interested. He's also available to teach anyone who doesn't know. A lot of these kids don't know what bowling even is, those poor mites.

Reinholdt doesn't see much in the low air conditioners. There may be a dead roach in the back there. Other than that there's nothing there, until a pair of yellow, slitted eyes reappear on the other side of the grate.

"Me neither. Maybe we should ask." Salix suggests. She looks arond, and another thought occurs to her. "I forget who Justin is." Did she ever know? She can't remember.

"Justin is the human boy with light hair over there." Then he starts showing everyone bowling. Brinika is very interested in the game, even though she's too tiny to actually throw a bowling ball.

Seeing the bowling, Marley heads over to learn it from Justin. He's never play it before, but it looks like fun.

Tito pays attention to Justin and learns to bowl correctly. Lily loudly announces that her version of bowling - playing kickball with the hollow learning ball on the lanes - is more fun.

Maybe the party can be handwaved a bit? I'm sorry. Still feeling out of sorts, and not sure when I'll get better.

The air kitty does whatever the cat equivalent of a menacing laugh is. Probably some sort of contemptuous stare. It's surprising what a cat can get across with a stare. The eyes close into disappearance and cold out blows out of the air conditioning. While not reappearing, Griz may be menaced by cold air for a while.

Justin explains the basics of bowling. Bowling balls go down to six pounds, if that's within the smaller kids capacity to lift, and if not, Justin suggests, rather than doing the two-step he uses, bowl granny style, setting the ball down between their feet at the line and push it.

He also says Lily can feel free to use the out of order lanes for her "Lily-Ball World Championships" (his words) if they either put on bowling shoes, though he doesn't know if he has halfling sizes, or play in their socks, and the kids have to tell their mothers how they destroyed, just outright destroyed, their socks. Because he's not doing that. He simply can't handle the responsibility.

When she joins the Lily-Ball World Championships, Natalie has to borrow a pair of bowling shoes. She really doesn't like wearing socks, and avoids them wherever possible.

Brinika will be happy to participate in the bowling "championship". Her player supports handwaving, though.

Divayn actually keeps drinking, "I got a taste for it from another warmaster in the Vigil. His stuff always burned on the way down, so this is actually a nice change," He will, however, stand up to follow the alpha.

THe Alpha nods and takes him a short ways away, gesturing with one paw towards a small thatch hut with a hanging animal skin for a door. Once he enters, she'll follow. He'll find that the bed is mostly a pile of various furs and cushions, so there's no real mattress for the pampered, but it is easily quite large enough for several people. Across from it sits a fire pit and a series of hooks hanging from the ceiling for him to hang things from. "Should you require company, all you have to do is simply walk around and talk. You're a respected guest now, and there are always those here who are interested in listening to stories. Among other things." She says with a hint of a sly smile to her muzzle. "As for why you're here, simply relax for the next day or two and I'll inform the shamans to see what they can do to help. Any questions?"

Divayn looks at the Alpha for a long moment, trying to puzzle out what she means. She couldn't... really... but maybe... what?!

As the realization dawns on him, She'll get the pleasure of watching him blush profusely, "Uh... you mentioned that you didn't like the smell of my sorcery. Is there something I can do to help with that?"
