I think I'll roleplay Elliot, a nineteen year old kleptomaniac, known for stealing things but returning them a few days later when he was younger. Elliot is small and fast, able to outrun or evade most who bear him ill will. As a result, he is a bit cocky and is also too talkative. Elliot steals for its own sake, but feels guilty about taking things permanently.

The Police Chief gathered the police force together.
"Alright everyone, you know your duties so I don't think I need to repeat myself more than once. Get that mob cut down and keep the streets safe for the people of this city. God speed."
The police saluted and went on their way...

-In a different Place-
The leader of the Mob was calling together his group as well.
"Alright everyone. Those damn cops are getting in the way again. Finish them so we can make the streets ours again. And get rid of those citizens too! Don't want them to get too uppity..."
The mob scattered for their duties...

-In a even different place-
Team Secret were surrounding a phone on speaker.
"-And kill only those people, got it?"
The team got it and began to discuss the ways to hit their targets...

-Later on the Streets-
Everyone is gathered around the bodies of Mindfreak and Gray Mage. Stabbed in the back of the head with an ice pick and left dead on the ground...
