-ed feat!

I am pretty sure that at one point I saw a feat called readheaded or red headed. I don't remember if it was in some published work or if one of you awesome people invented it. It let you give your character the ability to cast one(maybe two) spells(heavy limitations on choice) but the feat had to be taken at first level and could only be taken if the character had red hair.

This is in this section because I originally thought that the feat came from here, but now I am doubting my self. So if the feat did come from here, a link would be AWESOME! :-) If the feat did not come form here, but you have heard of it, Please let me know; and then let me know where you think you saw it. :-)
