Because Dad and Aunt Samantha have spent their entire lives killing people who mess with them, so they don't see any problem with you doing the same. But both of them have been forced into that situation by much worse things than you have had happen to you. The only thing their "solutions" will do is make you more like them... like me... and I won't let that happen. Kynegetis is actually showing some emotion now. She knows firsthand how slippery a slope killing for revenge is. And she'll be damned if she lets Carrie get that messed up when there's no real reason to.
