Matt turns around and smiles at Ari. Hey. Which one?

Mel stands on her tip toes to try to look into Kyne's eyes.
She's still a couple inches too short.

When Ross shows up, Kyne readjusts her stance in case Mel is a distraction for his attack.
Inside the room, Angela shrugs. Kyne says there's a catgirl trying to talk to her.


The angel looks surprised. I told you that I became a paladin. You never asked what that meant so I assumed you knew.

Mel turns her attention to the new arrival.
She's an adorable nineteen year old catgirl with blonde hair and sea green eyes.

Ross doesn't notice Kyne's change in stance. Instead, Ross smiles at the cat girl.

It really doesn't change anything. I just think we're both mature adults who need to maintain a certain... respectability. So I'd prefer it if you didn't try to jump me in public... or in storage rooms. He grins, remembering the time his dad walked in on them making out.

While Ross and Mel are talking to each other and before Carrie opens her door, Kyne silently slips away. So when Ross turns back towards her, she is suddenly gone.

Angela sighs and tries to hug the psionic paladin.


The vow of chastity? Well, it means I can't do anything sexual when I'm on a mission, because otherwise I could get distracted. Furthermore, all sexual activities are to be serious, um, affairs. That was a poor word choice. I mean, nothing overtly sexual in public and I'm only going to be with the person I love--that's you, of course--and I would prefer to leave sex until after marriage.
Matt stays quiet about the other vows he hinted at when Ari first asked him.

She perks up at the new person though.

Well, I took a vow of loyalty to the paladin order... and when I recently became the Champion of Civiron I took a vow of complete obedience to her... He frowns. Ari, I don't know how to tell you this, but I am dedicating my life to fighting evil and inspiring hope. I can't put you above that.

So far I like looking at lights and eating hot pockets.
