"Well Princess me taking you hostage would require me to know and care about who the f*ck you are. It would also require me to need money, and I just made a killing at the local casino. Names Tobias Sleipnir by the way, hate the name though so just call me Spider. Hey where did the bony bastard (This is now York's official nickname) go to anyway?"

"Well, I still have no reason to believe you're not some sort of Dark Mage. And besides, even if I was inclined to help you, it's a little hard to do magic while some stranger is carrying me around like we're on a FREAKING HONEYMOON!"

"And I haven't gone anywhere, you damn pervert!" York yelled as he tried slamming into the back of Spider's head.

As they reach Magnolia Station, things are looking wild. People are yelling. It's crazy.
So where are the people we're looking for?

Spider leans his head to the side as the skeleton tries to headbutt him. "Oi, watch the hat you bony bastard!" He then looks down as he says "Well thats true, but you'll still help me right? I mean I did save you from being blasted by them to get to me. That at least counts for something right?"

Spero

Spero rubs his chin a bit before saying, "Ezzio didn't say but if I paid attension in my mob mentality class if we follow the mob we'll find the target. Of course why follow from the ground? Hang on Cecilia, oh and two sorry's in advance and a free face slap." Spero gently picks up Cecilia bridal style as that was the only way he could safely hold her for what he was about to do. He magic gathers and then manifests itself as two large, white dove wings. He then braces his legs and then jumps into the air for take off as he flies above the crowd and flies ahead of it. "Do you see who their chasing?"

"Well there's only one way to find out." With that Spero starts descending towards the front of the mob to get to the bottom of this little commotion. He lands in front of Spider and Emilia causing both to come to a stop as the mob stops running and grins at having caught up to Spider and his (apparent) cohort. The leader of the thugs, a brute of a man who stood at 6'0 walked forward a nasty sneer on his face. "Alright you little punk, your gonna get it know for cheating and stealing all of our money."

"Save you from who? The law? The mage guild hired to arrest you?" The thug speaks up. "So you just ripped some guys off?" Emilia glares in disgust. "Why don't you just give them back their money already?"

Cecilia points a key at the mob.
Stay back curs. This is my bounty.

The thug speaks up, "No way! this guy is ours. Was at the poker table all day and never lost a hand once. He even got a royal flush 2 times. No way he wasn't cheating, this guy needs to learn his lesson." Spider speaks up, "I didn't rip them off and I didn't cheat a*shole! I'm just that good. Besides if I was cheating why the hell would I cheat to give myself a royal flush twice? That would be just plain stupid because of how obvious it is."

Spero sighs as he rubs his temples. These guys clearly had an I.Q of zero or were just from out of town. Spero steps forward as he says, "Wether he did or didn't, a bounty has been put out for him. He is now our bussiness. Now then you can either leave or you can tangle with Fairy Tail." Some of the thugs pale at hearing that and the lead one loses a bit of his bluster. "F-Fairy Tail! No way! He looks at them in shock before his bravado comes back. "Hahahaha, nice try. Even if you are fairy tale and this guy is a bounty. They wouldn't have sent any powerful mages after him, you guys are at best C-class, about equal with each of my 20 boys here. Me? I'm B-class. So if you want to tangle with us you better get ready for a smooshen." The thugs men rush forward to do battle.

Spero sighs once again as he says, "Fine, don't say I didn't warn you though. WATER DRAGONS ROAR!" With that Spero folds his hands in front of his mouth as his cheeks bulge. He the releases a large amount of highly pressurized water to take out about half of the thugs men, the others standing in shock.

We we're bored. Sorry to ruin your expectations.
She turns the key she is holding out in front if her. It begins to glow.
Gate of the fire lion, open! Come forth Leo!
And out bursts a rather large red lion with a mane of flames. He roars and leaps at the group.

Ginko overlooked the mountain range from the small guild hall that the Twilight Reconciliation had erected in such a short amount of time. The atmosphere of the world wasn't kind, he could feel it in his bones. There was little the small guild could do at the moment but wait for a chance to create a name for themselves and establish themselves as a true Guild...but there would be a time for that. He knew it.

Skye watches from a rooftop, so far uninterested. He'd already taken care of some random mooks already, and was mostly waiting for a chance at a real opponent. Ezzio stayed out of the fray and took pictures.

Emilia grabbed Spider by the collar. "What did you get me into?!" she yelled furiously.

"There ain't time for that, Emilia! You better summon before someone decides to attack you first!"

"What? But I didn't do anything. And Raven wouldn't be strong here."

"What am I, dried liver? I ain't leaving you defenseless, or your dad would bring me back to life so he could kill me again."

"Fine." The magic circle appeared beneath the floating skull."Arise from the tomb of the laughing skull! York" The floating skull's wings grew into and morphed into a massive black cloak which enveloped the skull. When the cloak receded, the skull now had a top hat and a thin spindly moustache as well as a body fully clothed in a black and red tuxedo. In its hands was a black cane that York quickly drew a hidden blade. "Th-that's necromancy!" One of the more knowledgeable thugs in the crowd blurted out, "That girl must be a dark mage!"

Spider was watching the two Fairy Tail mages in action and is distracted enough that Emilia is jerked out of his arms as a thug appears in sight having used invisibility magic in the commotion. "Hey boss, I got us a hostage, and she's a pretty one too" he says lecherously as he gropes Emilia while holding her. The lead thug laughs as he says, "Good job Ritche, now then if you fight us anymore the little lady will be killed. I know that you don't want that on your heads now do ya!" He then holds his hand forward as a seal shows up in front of it and a bolt of lightning shoots forward from his hand and slams into Spero causing a small explosion.

Cecilia gasps as Spero is hit.
Well I guess I better show you what Silk Magic can do. Cecilia polls two rolls of ribbon from her bag and throws them at the men. The ribbon tries to wrap tightly around them.

At hearing the words Silk magic the thugs break out laughing. That is until a large group of them are wrapped up in ribbon bonds that they can't seem to break. They're eyes are wide with shock at the fact that they were captured by ribbons. They are then downed by the fire lion that his Leo. The thug who had grabbed and groped Emilia however was shaking in his boots. To scared to actually deliver on his captain's threat and kill the girl.

It was then that the smoke cleared from where Spero was hit. It is revealed that Spero was being protected by a barrier of white feathers. When the feathers cleared he was holding and orb of water in his hands. He then charges forward towards the shocked leader as he holds the orb in front of him. About a 3 feet from the thug Spero shouts, "Water Dragon Cannon!" The highly pressurized ball of water then explodes outwards violently decompressing. The leader is hit by the attack and goes flying off into the sky before comically crashing down into the local mattress shop swirls in his eyes. (sorry if I am being to animeish with this arc guys.)

In the brief distraction, the thug looks down and sees not the girl, but York in his arms. "Oh, Romeo, you dog you. But what if our families should not approve?" In the thug's shock, York tosses up a single rose. "A token of our love, dear Romeo." Leaping gracefully out of the thug's grasp, the rose explodes in the thug's face and York stands at his mistress's side, sword in hand.

The thug yells as he is dazzled by the rose. Spider uses the opportunity to throw a card at the thug that attaches to his shirt and disappears from sight. The thug then says, "Think your tough ay? Well lets see how tough you are when YOU CAN'T SEE ME!" With that he dissapears from sight. Spider then steps forward as he says, "Don't worry I got him, Spider Bite!" With that the card that Spider placed on the thug earlier explodes at close contact. Canceling his magic and knocking the brute out. The fight is over.

So... About how you disturbed the peace and are now my source of income...

Spider looks at the woman, "Oh come on! didn't you see what was going on!. They were the ones disturbing the peace! I was winning a lot a poker they thought I was cheating and they tried to beat the living daylights out of me! How does that make me the bad guy! You guys at Fairy Tail do worse than that! Like that loose cannon I heard about, Skye!"

Spero then walks up as he says, Now, now lets look at things reasonably. First off, you did indirectly disturb the peace. However you are also right in the fact that your actions were a result of theirs. Which puts us in a precarious situation. Hears what I propose. You join Fairy Tail and join our team. Of course that means we technically fail our mission but I'm sure that money you made can compensate for that right?" Spider looks down at his pockets which contain the moola he won and he sighs as he nods his head, besides from what it sounded like being in Fairy Tail granted you at least some amount of protection. That sounded very useful.

Spero then turns to Emilia and frowns as he says, "Now then you are a conundrum to me. From what I know of necromancy your summon should be a soulless being. However it has quirks and was willing to protect you without being issued a command. So I have to ask what are you. The atmosphere is serious for a moment before Spider breaks it. "What's a necromancer and what's so bad about them?" Spero takes this time to face fault.

Looks like the rumors about Fairy Tail were true. Based on this experience, it looked like her initial impressions were correct: This was not the guild she wanted to join if she wanted an honorable, upstanding reputation.

But the last comment clearly pushed a button. "Are you serious?! How can a mage of Fairy Tail be so ignorant about magic?!" she yelled.

"Now now, Mistress. It's okay. Maybe it's not a good idea to get mad at the Dragon Slayer." York tried to talk Emilia down, but to no avail.

"No, it's not okay, York! He called you a soulless being! After everything you've done for me and my family you deserve more respect than that and he has no business saying you or any undead spirit is 'soulless' when it's the exact opposite!" she continued to rant.

Spero picks himself up as he patiently waits for the girl to finish. When she does he speaks,"This boy is not lying, at least not about this. I have gotten good at rooting out liars over the years, you see they are something of a pet peeve of mine. Also I did not study necromancy which is why don't know much about the subject. I did not call , York is it, soulless I just said from what I know about the subject he should be. it is probably due to my lack knowledge but I had always thought necromancers revive the body, empty of the soul fot complete obidience and slavery. Obviously this is not the case with you and York. You are not other necromancers I have heard about that have undead slaves."

"So necromancers summon the dead?"

Gabriel Flora, Fairy Tail

Gabriel sighed dejectedly as he looked at his debt. The numbers weren't pretty. Of course thats what he got for being... six months late on the bills. Damn. His ears still hurt from the shouting fight he'd had with his landlady.

It hadn't been so bad at first. He'd made decent money providing healing potions to the many victims of his guild mates "official business" burning down the town every few weeks. But at some point the local government had decided Fairy Tail shouldn't get rewarded for cleaning their own messes and somehow he'd gotten stuck doing it pro bono.

Well waiting any longer wasn't going to do anything. To pay them off he'd need money. And to get money he'd need to take a request. As he made his way down from his flat to the guildhall, and then to the mission wall he failed to notice the lack of anyone else in the hall. It had been a long time since he'd taken a request. He wasn't even sure what most of it meant. Deciding to just take the first job that would cover his rent he browsed for a minute before finding one large enough to fill the bill.

"This ought to cover it." He said to himself tearing it off the wall.
"'Wanted: help to deal with a bog demon terrorizing local village.' Lets see, if I leave now I should be back before the end of the week. Hopefully I won't be evicted in the mean time."
Satisfied he'd found the right job he folded the piece of paper and stuffed it into one of his many pockets before heading for the door.

Left stuck to the message board where he had torn the mission away a message remained in big bold lettering.

Kuhn (Sorry called him Walter by accident)

Kuhn saw Gabrial come in and pick a job to do. He chuckled at the youth's enthusiasm/need to pay the bills. It was then that he saw him take the job for the bog demon. After he left Kuhn sighed and said,Oh f*ck all kinds of duck. Seeing Fairy Tail was mostly empty he strapped on his gloves and stealthely went off after the youth. If things got to hot he would jump in. Otherwise he would let the boy prove himself.

"Even the servants of evil necromancers have souls, whether they're apparent or not. You'd do well to remember that next time you start making those kinds of assumptions." The worst of Emilia's rant seemed to be over, at least for now, but she was still annoyed, and more so wary that any moment the mages around her could decide to attack her. "Necromancy is the magic of life. Which happens to include the magic of death. We primarily deal with the souls of the dead, yes. And I will admit that there are a lot of necromancers who go rogue and delve into the darker magicks regarding it, but that doesn't make necromancy itself evil! Both of the spirits I can summon I've made mutual pacts with. I would never enslave a spirit!"

"I see. Well then I apologise for anything I may have said. I would offer to let you join us, I can tell you're very passionate about this and have a good heart but I sense your rather annoyed at us if the rant was any indication. I can promise you that I will try to queit things down for you. May I at least have your name Miss?"

"Emilia MacCrowley." she replies.

"Man, how boring. I thought there'd at least be some mage-on-mage action. Things just keep getting more boring around here." Skye officially gives up on anything interesting happening and starts the scenic route back to the guild hall.

[AnimeKid]

Spero smiles at her as he says, "Spero Akiyama, well if you want to join later you know where to find us. Come on guys lets go." The trio leave Spero dragging Cecilia along as Spider calls out,"See ya Princess, see ya, ya bony bastard."

Emilia stays silent and eyes the now three Fairy Tail mages, hoping they'll follow Spero's lead instead of deciding she was fair game.
