What I think we need is someone to watch out for those less capable of defending themselves and from what I know of you, you seem to fit this role. What do you mean by "spiritual advisor", though? Are you a priest?

"You'd call it a shaman." Pathfinder says. In reality it was much more complicated than that, but without the ability to understand Wolfen ear and tail gestures as well as scent changes, it would be impossible to understand. "Shaman, dreamwalker, spirit summoner, healer and guide. All of those are my duties." He explains.

Reelshka's ears twitch. Oh. A shaman. I see. She feels a little awkward. Goblins from her homeworld don't feel comfortable around shamans. Hobgoblin shamans declared them traitors after Hultznim the prophet led them away from spirit worship hundreds of years ago. Either way, I'd like you to consider my proposal. The recent incidents make me think we need some more vigilant people with the Council authority.

"I can make the campground a <Sanctuary> if you wish." He tells her. "It means...protected. But I need an fully grown male oxen or buffalo to do it."

That shouldn't be a problem. They can be bought easily. What would the protection entail?

"The animal would be a sacrifice to the spirits around the place, and if its accepted, should have them provide warning about most hostile creatures. Or at least ward off hostile spirits. I have done much the same to this little area." He tells her, gesturing to the hut. "It is the reason no disease spirits afflicted my brother while he slept here."

That would definetly be handy. We just don't have the security other organizations and places have.

Andy is going around here searching for Reinholdt, who seems to be out here since he was in the Garden a few posts before..

Andy can run into Reinholdt, but after Ermine gets a chance to reply to the Garden thing and they're sure they're done with that. He won't at least wander off before they run into Andy though.

Krystal will smiles and wave again when her name is given. Her pupil-less eyes make it hard to tell, but she is probably looking at 145 instead of somewhere else.

Brinika peers curiously at the catboy and gives him a wave. Hi! Do you know Jamie?

No. He's a complete stranger who stalks Jamie to take her picture and then uses telepathy like Alek did to screw with her head and get hugs.

"Yes. We met a little while ago when we were transferred to the EAC." 145 explains.

He finds the pupil-less eyes kind of creepy. Who has eyes like that? Creeeeepy. But she seemed all right.

"When I visited Mara and Nimai, some friends of mine who live in another dimension, we met at school there," Jamie explains a bit more, with a smile.

Ooooh. Nice. It's super nice to meet you! Brinika chirps cheerfully. And this is Caretaker. She points to the drone hovering behind her.

Jamie, meanwhile, appears to be "sneaking" an extra slice of cake.

145 looks at caretaker curiously.
"Hi?" He asks it, not sure if it can talk. Or what it is exactly.

Say hello, Caretaker! Brinika tells the drone.

Statement: I am Caretaker, a drone assigned to Brinika to ensure her safety and well-being.

"Hello, I'm Natalie." Adds Natalie, after she's finished her slice of cake. Natalie is an 11-year-old girl wearing a green silk dress. Her hair is long and black, and she has green eyes. She's also wearing a red rucksack.

"I'll talk to Toby about it and see what we can do to make sure Mister Buttons knows to play with but not eat," Quinn says, nodding with a smile.

"... Wait. You still talk to Tobias? Everytime I see you two together, you're either sleeping or he's dodging your questions."

Reinholdt is fairly sure Tobias is just using Quinn as his breeding machine for the purposes of having heirs.

"Surely you know the value of pillow talk," Quinn observes with a smirk, although her expression clearly says she wishes her husband would be around more...

Reinholdt mumbles something along the lines of 'err... no not really...' having not really performed pillow talk much in his life at all.

He then clears his throat. "Right. Well just make sure that menace is taken care of." He says before turning to head away.

[Garden]

Ermine snickers at "pillow talk". The pirate swishes her tail and follows Reinholdt.

"Aye."

Jamie grins, and offers Natalie a second slice of cake as well.

[Outside]

Reinholdt and Ermine walk! Rein's still feeling a bit awkward now, no thanks to Quinn. They can run into Andy at any time during the no doubt small talk that is forthcoming.

"Sooo... I'll have to check up on Quinn later. There's a decent chance she forgets to do anything at all."

[Infirmary]

"Hi Natalie..." 145 says, still staring at Caretaker.

"Does everyone here have a drone assigned to them?" He asks Brinika.

[Morty]

Brinika shakes her head. No. A nice girl named Sunny gave him to me. She really misses Sunny, but decides not to mention such sad stuff on Jamie's birthday party.

[The Librarian]

Gliding down from the skies, a bird comes swooping down landing in front porch of the Main Lodge. The bird belongs to HALO member Vallasito Tyshougretu, wearing a dogtag with HALO pressed on it.

The bird hops to a corner post of a railing, start grooming its feathers.

The bird might spot another bird swooping down to land nearby.

A Junco.

And it peers at the newcomer avian.

Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeers.

[The Librarian]

The Bird stares back at the Junco peering at him. He stares back at the other bird. After a moment though, he goes back to grooming his feathers.

Tom the Junco (aka THAT Junco, aka Bird Who Must Not Be Named) continues his peeeeeeeeering.

It's creepy...very creepy...

"'Ello, mind saying w'at you're doing 'ere, guv'nor?"

He also has a Cockney accent.

The Staravia turns to the Junco and replies in Common.
Uhhh...just hanging out. Nothing big was going on at HALO.

The peering lets up. Just a little.

Staraiva is a little thrown off by the birds accent, but otherwise understands the Junco. The bird shrugs its wings.
Something like that, I spent the majority of the time wherever my friend Vallasito is, which is usually up on this Skybase connected to the Underwater base. Its kind of boring up there though even with all the activity there.

"Well, guv, if you want un-boring you 'aven't come to t' rig't place," Tom the Junco observes with a chuckle, fluffling his feathers. "Aside f'rm when everyt'ng turned t' magma, 'course."

Becca gets dragged, kicking and screaming, out of deadtime! She marches right into the infirmary, holding a messily gift wrapped package. Shroomy follows behind her, peaking out from behind her legs when she stops. And now to look around for Jamie since I haven't read anything of this scene before now.>.>
