Jamie happens to be standing in the middle of the Infirmary, bearing cake and smiling at all her friends!
And, spotting Becca, she grins and hurries over.
"Hi, Becca! I'm glad you made it!"

She'll put down her cake, and go for a hug!

Hugging! Around the somewhat large present, so it's a tad difficult. It happens anyway, though! "Happy birthday, Jamie. Long time no see. We were all over the place looking for gyms. We couldn't find any, so we just beat the crap out of some caterpies." A lot of caterpies for how long they've been gone. Shroomy does look at little more robust... as much as that's possible. "I remembered your birthday, though! Even got a present."

Jamie giggles. "Sorry I couldn't be there to help! It's great to see you again, though. I was kinda worried about you," she admits, accepting the present, and already starting to open it.


It's entirely possible Oddball is present, of course!

Oddball is here, he's asleep in the corner. Because Natalie is, as far as I'm aware, unaware of his existence (though I might have forgotten something). "Ooodissh...."

Jamie pauses unwrapping her present, and looks over torwards Oddball.
And can't help but giggle at the adorableness.

Inside the packaging is... A pokebelt and a backpack with a large pokeball design on the back! "Whatdaya think?" Becca asks, smiling.

"It's awesome! Thank you, Becca!"
And now she gets another hug! Wheeeee!
"C'mon, let's get some cake!"

The pokemon trainer grins. "Sounds great." Becca would most definitely like sweet, delicious cake.

Reinholdt runs into Andy.

"Hi."

Krystal sees Oddball for the first time, and raises an eyebrow.

Hey, Jamie...what is that?

The pokemon trainer grins. "Sounds great." Becca would most definitely like sweet, delicious cake.

Krystal sees Oddball for the first time, and raises an eyebrow.

Hey, Jamie...what is that?

Jamie giggles, and starts torwards the cake!
"145, meet Becca. Becca, this is 145, he's from Felina," she introduces him.
Then grins at Krystal.
"That's Oddball. He's an Oddish!"

"Hey, nice ta meetcha." Becca thrusts her hand toward him abruptly. Handshakes are how you greet people you just met! "I'm from Jhoto." Not that she expects anyone around here to know the name, but meh.

"Well, have you ever heard of Pokemon?" Jamie asks Crystal.

Krystal shakes her head. Nope. Can't say that I have.

"Oh man, we gotta change that right now." Becca turns around and scoops up Shroomy. She turns back to Krystal, holding up the pokemon. "This is Shroomy. He's a Shroomish. The place I come from is full of pokemon. There's hundreds of different kinds."

"Shroom!"

145 will shake the hand. He'd say he's from Felina but Jamie already said that!

"Where's that?" He asks.

Jamie smiles, and steps back a little, letting Becca answer the questions of both Krystal and 145.

Krystal gives a nod to Shroomy.

Okay...but what's a Pokémon?

Becca tucks Shroomy in her arm. "It's on another world I guess. i got sucked here like lot of people." Over to Krystal. "Shroomy is a pokemon, and so is Oddball. They come in all shapes and sizes. They aren't all just plants. These two are because they're grass type."

"I found Oddball buried in the garden, and had to chase him down. He's sooo cute!" Jamie giggles - and returns bearing cake slices for everybody!

"How many types are there?" 145 asks, looking at Shroomy, clearly curious and examining it.

So...they're creatures...with special abilities? Krystal gladly takes another piece of cake.

Heh...kinda sounds like me a little.

"There's seventeen different types. Normal, Fire, Fighting, Water, Flying, Grass, Poison, Electric, Ground, Psychic, Rock, Ice, Bug, Dragon, Ghost, Dark, and Steel." Becca lists off rapidly from memory. Then cake! She sets Shroomy down so she can eat it.

"Yeah, pretty much." She answers Krystal, her mouth full of cake. No manners this one.

"And there's different species within each type," Jamie adds, already with a mouthful of cake slice.

That's quite a few types. Krystal seems to be fairly interested in all this.

Holly has been slowly eating her slice of cake this whole time, but now she's done. "Pokemon are so cute, but are there really that many? I've only seen about a dozen of them, counting Shroomy and Oddball."

Oh hey! Someone else listening to Becca. "Oh yeah, lots. There are six hundred and forty nine pokemon that've been discovered so far, and they discover more all the time!"

"You should meet Chiquita, she's kinda...bonded I guess? to Abigail and she's soooooo adorable!" Jamie giggles, grinning at Holly.

"That's a lot of pokemon. They're that common where you come from? Jhoto must be a great place" Holly replies, amazed.
