Nyla sits on the bed, awkwardly trying to think of what to do.

Nathan seems disappointed, but just goes back to his food. Celia just laughs a little and stands to start collecting plates. She moves around with surprising ease considering how heavily pregnant she is by now. Angie goes back to eating too, wanting to be done as soon as Emmi is.

As Emmi finishes her salad, she'll stand with her plate. "Is there anything I can do to help?" she offers.

Celia by this time is already in the kitchen loading some plates into the dishwasher. She looks over to Emmi with a kindly smile. "You could bring the rest of the dishes and set them on the counter." She says.

[Morty]

[EE - Dorota's Room]

"Y-yeah. And the practicing is, like, totally great," Crissy whispers back, hugging her girlfriend tightly and smiling blissfully.

Mhmmm, Dorota mutters, running her hand down Crissy's back. I can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon.

[The Bushranger]

Crissy shivers, her smile growing as she snuggles closer to the alchemist, resting her head on Dorota's shoulder and closing her eyes as she softly rubs her upper arms. "I can't either. This...this is so great."

[Morty]

Dorota leans in slightly to kiss Crissy's neck.
I told Mrs. Aeryn about us... I thought she ought to know. She said she's very happy for us.

[The Bushranger]

Crissy squirms a bit at that. Blushes more. And her breath quickens...
"Ooo-oh. That's, that's good. Do that again please..."

Your wish is my command... Dorota mutters, before proceeding to do as asked and plant a few more kisses on Crissy's neck.

A dishwasher?! Ritzy. Trying to do right by her host, she collects and stacks the remaining plates and cups. Bringing them to the counter she tells Celia, "Thank you for dinner. It was delicious."

The mech's arm is parried, and a large dent is left in it! It will stay still for a long moment, as the male goes to town on that command thing. That's a big opening...

And then it will do a shoryuken.

I'm not even kidding. Apparently it's nimble enough to do that. It's probably a good thing that the male isn't any good at fighting, or this might robot may be very dangerous.

What gets flung helplessly right into the air. Definitely wasn't seeing that uppercut coming, apparently. Of course, who could?

The robot lands... flat on it's face. It's going to take a bit to get up. The female, for her part, appears to be gutting the wall. Not sure what she's doing, and it would take some attention to figure it out. Attention that might be better spent keeping the robot from doing any more physically impossible fighting moves.

Angie grabs a couple plates herself and brings them over. "I'm glad you liked it. So many of the kids' friends don't like vegetables. Usually they're much younger than you, though." Celia laughs a little and proceeds to load the rest of the dishes in the dishwasher.

She says with a bubbly smile.

Um.
Hi... dear. She nearly stumbles over the last word, not used to it at all.
So, um... do you want to, uh, do something?

Emmi laughs a bit herself. This probably was the first time a sixteen year old was invited to dinner. Turning to Angie, "It might be getting too dark to skate soon. Would you like to, um, play indoors for a while?" While saying this she tries to subtly pull the almond from her hair. Nathan might still want a trick.

"Sure! I can show you my drawing book and my blocks. Come on, let's go to my room!" Angie will be off in an instant. Emmi better hurry to keep up.

Now in her room. Its quite a large room, matching the rest of the house. It's made smaller by having to contain three beds. The bunnygirl runs over to her bed and tosses up the edge of the bright covers. Under the bed is a bin, which she pulls out. It's right full with many colourful blocks. Angie doesn't stop there. She runs over to a shelf and pulls a large paged book off it and brings it over to Emmi. "This is my drawing book."

"Ooh, a drawing book," Emmi says reaching out for the book. "Can I see what you've drawn?"

"Here you go." Angie holds it out for her to take. Inside are pictures! Lots of them. Most are pictures of different animals, people, plants, houses, and lots of other outdoors stuff. There's not real pattern to the pictures, but there do seem to be plenty that are drawings of things just outside the house. Angie isn't a bad artist for a six year old. It's clear she enjoys drawing and does it a lot. The bunnygirl looks up at Emmi, eagerly waiting to here what she thinks.

Emmi flips through the entire book with a smile on her face. This girl is good. She wouldn't be surprised if Angie wanted to be an artist. "You're really good, Angie. Do you want to draw something together?"

Crissy shivers, murring happily and closing her eyes as she sighs in contentment!

The bunnygirl's eyes light up. "Ooh, yes. What do we draw?" Before even getting an answer, she hurries back to the shelf to grab two boxes, one with pencil crayons and one with crayons.

"Each other!" she says with sureness. It's always fun to draw people. "It could be us at the mall, or us rollerskatng, or us drawing..." How meta!

Angie giggles at that last one. "Okay! Let's draw in the kitchen." The bunnygirl grabs a stack of paper from that same shelf and then will proceed to return to the kitchen.

Back in the kitchen, all the dirty dishes are absent and the table has been wiped clean. The TV can be heard from another room, and above it Celie's voice and a man's voice Emmi hasn't heard before.

Angie sits at the table and spreads out her paper and proceeds to dump her pencil crayons out on the table in preparation for drawing.

Emmi doesn't think much of the voices beyond Angie's father being home. Sitting down at the table, she picks up a few colors she thinks would suit a drawing of Angie and puts them in a neat little row. "I'll draw you if you draw me," she says with grin.

Angie grins and nods. She grabs a few colours herself. They're going to have to share that white skin colour-ish one though. There appears to be only one, while there are doubles of most of the rest.

The bunnygirl grabs a couple brown pencil crayons. She looks between then and Emmi's hair for a moment. Then she sets one down and gets to work. She bites her lips a bit as she draws, completely focused on making it perfect.

Emmi is very quick in sketching out the picture first. She draws very lightly with the lightest gray. When she begins to use the black over it, she is much more precise, but still quick. She does pause for a moment as she stops herself from drawing ears in the usual placement. Angie's features should be coming out in the picture, if in a slightly cartoony way.

In contrast, Angie draws quite slowly and there's very little procedure to how she draws. She does make steady progress, but Emmi will undoubtedly be done first.

When she does eventually finish, she holds up the paper for Emmi to see. "Do you like it?" It's quite a nice picture. It's Emmi rollerskating, pushing off with one foot. The care Angie put into it shows compared to some of her other pictures.

"I love it," she says beaming a smile at Angie. "Here look at mine." Emmi slides her paper to her. The picture isn't of Angie in motion. It's a picture of the excited smile she had when she made her first step, or at least how Emmi remembers it. The face is sort of cartoony, the eyes and mouth are big, the nose is small, that sort of thing. "What do you think?"

Crissy shivers, murring happily and closing her eyes as she sighs in contentment!

This lasts a while, and then Dorota pulls away after kissing Crissy on the mouth gently. How was it? She asks.
