Silly Clarissa! Realtors don't need to make eldritch bargains for dark power or consort with Cthulhu in order to be horrible, eternally smiling avatars of psychotic madness! Nope. Being heartless and evil is just part of the benefits package, with stock options in damned souls after three years.

The acid drool, however, does manage to convince Mr. Smiles to take a quick step back from Clarissa. Technically speaking, he's not allowed to show any sort of disgust towards the customers, no matter what sort of revolting freaks they are.. But darnit, he only just got those shoes and he'll be damned again if he lets some nutter who can't stop salivating ruin them!

"Well, I'm sure Claus will be very, very, veeeery heartbroken to hear that, but hey, the customer is always right! Tell me, what would you fine folks be looking for in a house? I'm sure there's something in our extensive catalog of interdimensional real estate to suit you good people!" Clapping his hands, the realtor conjures forth dozens of holographic models, showing houses of all shapes, sizes and species... Including some distinctly non-euclidean looking architecture.

I pity the sellers who are listed with Mister Smiles. His commission must be pretty darn steep, somewhere along the magnitude of 10 souls. Brr.

I also have qualms over the dentistry practice he attends. If they didn't file down the thing's teeth to sculpt them into those jagged, serrated weapons, then they must lose quite a few hands while working on his teeth.

That remains preferable to the centralized dentistry offices which Clarissa drops by every now and then. They, as a rule, always lose a dentist and more often than not a receptionist.

Clarissa keeps employers hiring. The demand for dentists will never be low while she is around.

Clarissa would be interested in purchasing downcast soul stocks on MAGSDAQ, but she doesn't have the attention span for that type of work.

Not to mention that her brokers have been known to mysteriously disappear never to be seen again.

She's a bit of a pariah where trade is involved. She is an outcast because she takes the idea of consumerism to a whole new level.

Clarissa timidly, almost meekly, opens her mouth and raises her right index finger skyward, which results in a pulse of violet energy charging up and down it like a rippling wave in the water of a stagnate pond.

"It has to be in an area that is upscale and trendy but where people won't ask questions about hearing bloodcurdling screeching in the dark of the night. The police and investigators in that area must be numbskulls or just not care about the people in their district. A conveniently accessible graveyard in the area would be nice, but that's not a necessity, I suppose. I can go without that. I do request a neighborhood where the people keep their noses in their own affairs and don't as questions when a house burns down or a family goes missing."

"But above all else, the house must be located in a relatively warm and secure location. I'd repeat that for emphasis, but I think that that act would be more than repetitive."
