Cassidy wrings her hands a little. "He has given me a task. I am to go to NO and keep an eye on any developments."

Defelent will go and give Cassidy a hug, the catgirl making his sandwich quickly joining in.

Cassidy nods without considering the alternatives much. "I was told to leave when I was ready, and I think that'll be tomorrow." She says this as she tries to pull back from the embrace.

"If there's anything you need, let me know and I'll get it for you. Funds, ammunition, holy water, food, anything at all." Including such things as undead servitors and slaves, but Defelent doesn't think Cassidy will ask for those.

"Oh, I don't know.... I'm a very busy man, y'know. I do have an opening around about..." Defelent makes a cursory glance at his digital watch. "Now. Let's go." Defelent will try to take Cassidy's hand and take her to either his room or her room, depending on Cassidy's wishes. Cassidy's room is closer.

The catgirl smiles as they leave and will start to eat the sandwich. She's not going to let the food go to waste, and if she's punished later for it at least she won't be hungry.

Cassidy lets her hand be taken. She'd prefer to go to Defelent's room, she likes his bed more. She doesn't look back at the catgirl, paying more attention to Defelent.

When they arrive, Defelent will remove his clothing (he's wearing a black tunic and breeches, rather than his robes for once), doing his best to make it entertaining, before turning and hopefully watching Cassidy do likewise.

Of course such a thing exists! I played a god game here once where my deity created a breed of termites to construct his temples, where he was worshipped by scorpion-people and sentient giant beetles and which housed the giant mosquito spy-assassins.

"Good idea. Architect termites make quite a bit of noise, and aren't as diurnal as mammals. Also, they have been known to turn the inhabitant's personal library into an extension." Which is never a good thing if one is an avid reader or collects rare books.
