In a totally unrelated incident, a fox comes into the inn, an ordinary fox.
It begins to clean its fur adorably.

Marciano stares at the fox before suddenly shrinkin to the size of an ant. He deactivates his ring and begins the long climp to the top of upstairs.

The fox having seen Marciano shrink to half his usual size(haha, it's funny 'cause he's a halfling so he's short!) interestedly follows him, watching his every move.

Marciano climbs faster. He's remarkably strong. (How would the fox even see him?) Marciano attempts to evade the tongue and keep climbing fast. Someone might hear a squeaky voice yell, No! Bad dog! Marciano doesn't know the difference between a dog and a cat.

An ant is easy to see if you saw it shrink into the size of one.

The fox is faster than Marciano since he is bigger than him after all.
Which is why he moves in front of Marciano on the steps and lays down, blocking his path.

Once Marciano is climbing through its thick fur, the fox falls asleep.

Because when foxes fall asleep...they become ADORABLE.

As Songdancer comes down the stairs the fox wakes up and notices that Marciano has jumped onto a cockroach.
He yipps a couple times which causes Songdancer to look at Naku.
"Apparently the fox says that there's an ant-sized halfling who used to be the size of a regular halfling but who shrunk now riding on that cockroach's back." he said while pointing with a hoof at the cockroach.
Foxes are cunning and Songdancer can understand animals as if they're speaking plain English to him.
Mostly because he didn't fail his animal friends class in the Magic Academy.

And with that being said, the fox snuggled up in one of the mentioned padded chairs, which are just as comfortable as hinted.

Chas, the blond elf man sits at the bar, drinking up a storm and smelling like curious kinds of smoke, with almost an herb-y sort of a smell to it. He wears black shades as he continues to inebriate himself. He looks about the room.

"Hey, Fade, these two are yours. I'm busy."
Naku yells over to Fade, nodding at the two newcomers.
"So, 'Dancer,"
She asks, turning back to him.
"Are you okay?"

Sadly the cockroach can't climb the toilet due to Marciano's added weight instead Marciano rides the roach back to the middle of DFI and wonders what to do now. The roach attempts to climb up Naku's foot silently into her pocket with Marciano. By the way, here's Marciano:

Fade doesn't really know her sudden change of mood, since it seems she is angry? Annoyed? In heat? Well if Fade would have a sense for such things he would know, but fro now he deals with it.

Naku may notice fade's shadow just sliding up the stairs and heading for every room where no other person is inside. making the bed cleaning up and aleaving choclat on the pillow.

The real Fade downstairs heads for the gnome who is still sitting there.
