Reinholdt cut out of the shackles a while ago. Hence why he needed to be tranqualized. Of course, this is why everyone thought he'd be in that one spot! Clearly no normal man could fight off such a thing.

As for an expanding grid search... well it might work, but it's also possible Rein's either long gone or hiding.
But if she spots this one she'll find him.
The only two obvious choices I can think of.

Erin growls under her breath as the search comes up empty and lobs a pair of ectoblasts in Thenadier's general direction!

Tjenadier is smashed by the magic and almost falls. He presses another button on his "wristwatch". Suddenly he's flying! Yay jetpack boots! He hurtles towards Erin, sword first.

Thenadier swears angrily. They're gone. The cat. Where is he?! Thenadier looks around from the air and puts on goggles of see-invisibiliyy. Will he find Reinholdt?

Reinholdt by now has had quite the head start in escaping and seems to have left the scene and escaped by virtue of missed white text.

But he's not invisible. Wish I had remembered that option. He probably would be! But he's not thinking horribly straight to be fair. Everything's so drowsy.

Thenadier swears. Tobias had mentioned GLoG. There was the next best choice...but. He had made enemies in Halo. They had to believe he was dead. Thenadier summons an undead skeleton and sets it on fire. Thenadier heads off now, maybe he can track Rein by smell or footprints?

Thenadier is capable of tracking... by smell? Being an undead creature with probably no reasonable reason to even breathe?

There are some footsteps for a little while, headed towards Riverside, before they disappear.

Oh, duh. No, he can't. Well. He gives up and instead tries to put hos face back together. His eye stays in the skull along with some areas of the skin. He would have to fix it. He had to move past Reinholdt. He would destroy Halo's corruption. The culling would occur. And Thenadier would lead it

Brave Alfred! Oh, he likes the sound of that. But about that trail. "I'll lead the way if you like, Sir Correl," he volunteers, walking back to the trail. "I have some experience tracking." Not an unbacked boast, either. He learned survival skills from troll-uncle. Someone had to ensure the kid survived living in an enchanted forest. If there are no major objections he'll begin following.

Sonnya asks, Er...are you sick? I'll follow along. You all seem like nice people. She's rather shy. Her eyes are odd. Very blue, almost watery. The color of the sea.

Sadei offers a tentative wave.

The party already found the trail of the bandits. Might this be a good time to follow it?

It is indeed time to follow the tracks, the knight turns to nod at Alfred. "Excellent, we will catch those villains in no time." She/he states before slowly walking after the boy, letting Sonnya catch up before speeding up the pace.

"Well, you see my lady. I'm not really a woman." Correl explains. "A nasty witch put a curse on me and I seek someone to get rid of this curse, lady Sadei's brother. We were looking for him when we encountered this poor soul so now we must rescue his daughter before those mongrels do something unspeakable to her." She/he says while walking along.

Harnel's Birthday Party

The heavy Attack bike rolls itself a bit of a distance from Cessie and the others before shifting back to her more "(un)natural" form. Bits of the motorcycle shrink and others stretch into a long, panther-like form. Her body is covered with thick green adamantine scales and has a long whip-like tail covered in spines. Her snake mane rattles as she twists her head, popping whatever counts as her neck bones. Stheno's humanish face gives Cessie a broad grin, revealing needle-like teeth. "My sisters and I will appreciate the meal. Is there anything else before I go?"

Thenadier tries to fix his face to the best of his meager healing capabilities. Some of the flesh was burned off. Some was so blackened it looked like burnt plastic...He found his other eyeball and cleaned it with his water bottle. He sticks it back in his skull and casts a spell to fix everything as good as he could. His lower jaw composes of bones and open red flesh. One of his eyeballs faces a little to the side. His grey hair is somewhat frazzled and it cascades to his shoulder. Not in the usual ponytail. His glove lies burnt revealing his skeletal hand. His coat is burnt and cut in some places. It reveals the plate mail underneath. Thenadier puts a scarf over his jaw to hide the disgusting wreck of a jaw.

...That...was a loss...My cover has been revealed....Not that it will caussse any problemsss..... His voice is odd and clicks in odd places due to having a barely fleshy mouth. He has a problem with the letter "s" he can't stop the sound for a while as his tongue slides in his "mouth". Next....find people of the sssame mind...then I shall ssstart the culling...I must rid The Nexus of evils vile taint....Even if I must destroy the whole city..... Thenadier heads to Inside. N

It's an expression she's never made before, and she decides she doesn't quite like it.
Then she pokes at the bubble, wondering if it'll do anything.

Harnel won't object to Stheno driving herself. When you have a ride that can think and knows where it's going better than you do, it's best not to argue.

Once they arrive, He'll help Cessie off the gorgon, looking remarkably happy, "This looks awesome." Thanks for the ride, Stheno. It's greatly appreciated.

"Yes, thanks for doing this Stheno, the adamatite is waiting for you just outside the keep." She tells the gorgon before turning her attention to Adir. "I'm afraid I have to disappoint you Adir, this is Stheno and I don't think she'd like being given away as a gift." She says with a smile. "Are you two doing alright though? It's nice meeting like this."

Sakura puts down the balloon and holds Laela's hand and makes her wave to Harnel and Cessie. The dryad grins at her friends. "This is awesome, Cessie. Oh, and happy birthday, Harnel." She stands and goes over to give Harnel a hug, as best she can while holding Laela.

"Oh. Hey Stheno." At this point, Adir is not at all phased by a sentient motorcycle. He waves with his spatula. "Yeah, we're great. I think Laela found her new favorite thing." He points at Harnel. "Happy birthday man. How old are you now?"

Now, as Civvy retorts with this amazingly worded comeback (okay, so it's not), her eyes light up and start glowing purple.
S'kind of odd.

But what is odder still, is how she kind of acts like a small nuclear bomb, in the shape of Holy Energy exploding outwards.

Needless to say, it should/probably will burst Then's bubble, and possibly even kill him.

It's quite a bit of holy energy.
Like.
Lots of the stuff.


The piece of toast, however, should be made to feel better by it, assuming he's not undead too.

It should work, as it was her energy to begin with.

Remember that nuke of pure Holy energy? Launched by a fairly powerful Goddess who is determined not to be stopped by any petty arcane magic?

Another one of those goes off, but focused into a smallish area, maybe a 10 by 10 foot circle.

Thenadier gets up and walks painfully to Civvy, You'll pay for that one. He then proceeds to activate a button that'll cause the bubble to start shocking Civvy with electricity.

Her goal is for the holy energy to destroy his undeadness, and either kill him, or turn him back into a mortal human.
Hopefully the latter. She really would rather not kill anyone.
