What about innocent little Goddesses? Do you hunt those too? Tobias dismisses his spell and watches as Thenadier's ashes and all the other dust in the area gets sucked into the vacuum, creating a huge mushroom cloud. THIS IS THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR GOING AFTER MY FAMILY!

Thenadier felt guilty. He hadn't done anything though. Tobias! I do not harm innocent people! I was under control. It was using my body! Are you completely daft?! The demon is amused by Tobias's displays.

Not when it comes to preparing my battlefield. And then the dark storm clouds overhead start spewing powerful bolts of lightning at the flying demon.

The demon dodges a loghtning bolt before it starts flying like a bullet straight to Toby. Thenadier yells, The gem! Throw me!

The fox-eyed king steps into the mushroom cloud, vanishing from sight. Three more lightning bolts, going 100,000 miles per hour and hotter than 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit, are launched right at the demon.

Battle of the Titans

The demon loves fire. It was fire! It let the heat and electric lightning bolt hit it. It absorbed the fire. It hurtles to the ground creating a large crater.

Tobias steps out of cover to spray a steady stream of concentrated acid right at the demon. That's a custom spell he created years ago in HALO.

Ow...Acid did hurt. The demon was not immune to arcane magic. Only divine. The acid burns across his flesh and causes it's crimson skin to bubble in pain, Is that the best you've got Godling?! It places a hand on its chest and its wounds heal as his skin un-bubbles itself and fixes. It hen charges right for Tobias in a flurry of fire. Thenadier's voice pops in, ....You know, I'd try ice spells. Ice is harmful to fire...It's kindergarten stuff. Come on. Thenadier is in a bad mood for being blamed for all these things that he would most certainly never had done unless under the influence of a powerful demon.

It should be pointed out that Tobias, as a Druid, isn't using divine magic associated with deities. He's using druidic magic to create mundane fire, lightning, acid, etc.
He steps back inside the mushroom cloud. The demon can't charge what it can't see.

A fairly large spacecraft, about house-sized, lands in a flat stretch of land.
Flat land is about all there is here in the plains.

"And burgers're ready, if you guys want them. I have some other stuff for grillin' later," The stag flips another set.

Harnel will come over for a burger, putting it on the bun as he says, "How old are you anyways, Adir?"

That's a lot of ketchup you're putting on the burger, Harnel. Do you really need so much?

Cessie takes a seat at the table, noticing Harnel priority was food at the moment. "So I was actually thinking we could play some games once we eaten." She suggests. "Some really simple ones, nothing special."

I don't know... these coordinates we were given are unfamiliar.

"28, as of last month." Adir says with a little twirl of his spatula. Though his character sheet doesn't say so.

"What kinda games?" He asks Cessie.

"So long as nothing tries to harm you, there'll be no trouble."
He looks at the Vizer.
"What are we here to do anyways?"

Lighthouse Ruins

The demon flies straight into the ground inside the cloud. It smashes the ground forming a crater. Pieces of rocks fly and smash against the ground and the ruined lighthouse's remaining walls. The plants on the ground catch on fire and start burning. The demon is fire incarnate. It gets up out of the crater and looks around through the cloud, he's trying to find Tobias. Every step causes the ground to burn.

Lighthouse Ruins

The dust flying around inside the cloud makes it impossible to see farther than a few feet. Tobias stays hidden for awhile, tracking the demon's heat, then sneaks close behind and tries to stab a thick dagger into its spinal column.

The dagger sinks in to it's flesh. It's blood is hot magam and might melt the blade if it's not very well made. It swings a burning fist around to smack Tobias's face with flaming passion.

Tobias lets go of the dagger and dodges backwards. The fist itself misses, but the heat from it burns the druid's face before he disappears into the dust again. The plain steel blade melts in a few seconds. The molten metal probably won't hurt such a powerful, fiery demon, but it may tickle as it drips down the inside of the demon's spine.

The blade is eaten in way. The hot metal is absorbed. The wound is very small and tickles if anything. It walks around some more looking for Tobias, Come little godling. You can't run.. Fire takes everything!

The dust stops blowing around and starts falling. Visibility is still obscured, but the entire cloud should be gone in a minute. But before that, Tobias throws an enchanted dagger right at the demon's chest. If it hits, it will explode with arcane energy. You idiot. Do you really think you have the upper hand here?

[Hattish Thing]

The dagger smashes its chest. The dagger sinks into the hot flesh and once again may or may not melt. He shudders in pain, Argh.... It tries to shove the metal closer...inside it and let the hot blood melt and feed him. I've had the upper hand for a while now...you're out here. I can burn everything. The world will be reborn in flames!

Sakura returns to the table and sits across from Cessie. She sets Laela down in her stroller and gives her a kiss on the forehead before turning to face Cessie. "Ooh, games?" she asks as well, clearly curious.

If you have the upper hand... The dust finally settles to reveal Tobias standing fifty feet away. Then three lightning bolts, crackling with electricity, try to hit the demon in rapid succession. Then why am I doing all the hitting? You just try to burn me!

The bolts smash it, but it absorbs the heat caused by the electricity. It does more healing than damage. It growls before the ground underneath Tobias splits and a raging column of fire pops underneath him. Feel the burn!

Tobias wildshapes into a fire elemental just before the ground erupts. Now it's his turn to completely ignore an attack. He stands there, in the middle of the flames, and thinks. Lightning doesn't work. Stabbing doesn't work. Acid worked, but the demon immediately healed itself. If the steel dagger melted easily, launching shards of ice would do absolutely nothing. The storm clouds overhead suddenly thunder loudly. The Druid uses his magic to magnify that sound and turn it into a sonic attack directed at the demon.
