Darcy lets Ilpholin cry on her as long as she needs to, but will move them to the bed after a minute.

Suuuuuure.

Well Ilph needed it, but she can't afford to cry for long. Still lots to do. Darcy might have gotten some small dose of Liquid Bliss on her. Almost forgot.

Anyways, she sits on the bed and straightens up, giving Darcy a quick smile as she reaches for some tissues to wipe her eyes with.
"Thanks."

"Hey, hon, let me run you a bath. You've been through hell," Darcy says. If she was exposed to Liquid Bliss, it isn't showing.

"Yes, I suppose I'm not exactly presentable." Caked in blood is not a good look.

Megan sighed as Ilpholin left. She was just going to make devices that would do the same thing she did for every Robo-Panther.
"Seltz, I can't believe you'd suggest such a thing to Ilpholin. Suggesting something that could ruin the chance that I had with the Robo-Panthers...how could you?"

Sektz frowns "sorry...i hadn't thought of that...but it went well in the end..."

"Yes...in the end but...you need to start seeing the endgame, Seltz. Especially now that AMEN is going through changes. One wrong move and bad things could happen..."
She continued designing the devices. It was relatively easy to do so, as she was so familiar with the process of creating a panther bot that she could do it in her sleep.
Not to mention that she has already done this before, plus she had Meg to do the programming while she did the designs.
So the plans would be finished within the day.

Seltz nods "I'll get to work on the first batch, and then...well...you'll know what will happen, don't you. I'd ask you what out first date was like, but that would probably cause some paradox..."

After a long silence(about a couple hours long) she sends the designs to be made for her.
"It would, yes. Though, there's no guarantee that it'd happen exactly the same."
She closes her laptop and looks at Meg, who has finished with the programming like a dutiful assistant.
"How about you guys go off for your date now? I can finish anything your project needs for you, Seltz."

Marciano waves. His hands are gloved and full of expensive rings. His face is still rather ugly, with that one large mole. His eyes are a dirty, yellowish color. Why 'ello! Me names Le Baron De Marci! Or Marciano if ya' wish. His cockney accent is somewhat annoying. I changed me title. When I became a bloody millionaire! Haha! He laughs a little. His pockets bulge with various coins and gems. His royal blue petticoat shines in the sun. I wish t' join th' place. Seems t' me, it would be a good place t' get meself some more work. I came 'ere 'bout a week ago, sadly, I wasn't allowed in. Though tha' was before I required me wealth....May I come in M'lady? It's ratha 'ot as 'ell out there.

The Hatteress stares at the funny little man who has come a-calling. She is no longer familiar with the registration protocols of the organization. Hmm. This is going to take some doing. She was relatively neutral in the power dispute, so...

Yeah. She can let him in for now. Can't let him stir up the hornet's nest though.

The Hatteress stands aside! She eyes the man suspiciously before addressing him.

"Well Mister Fancy-Pants, you need to go find a drow or talk to that guy-"

The Hatteress points at Magtok who may or may not currently be smirking like only Magtok can. Such charm and cunningly subtle evil Maggy keeps!

"-about signing on."

"If you don't, something around here may or may not kill you, so I recommend you hop to it, boy!"

Meanwhile in the Main Room... Moffs are getting drunk and sugar high.

Darcy goes to run her bath for her. If there's any bath oils or fragrant bubble baths, she'll add a bit of those, and she'll turn on some music if it's available. "Take as long as you like. The masses will be getting drunk and sugar high for a while."

"Heh. You're too good to me." Ilpholin says, removing her clothes. What's left of them anyways.

"Will you be joining me?"

There are definitely both oils and fragrances.

Ilph's Room

"Not this time, dear," Darcy says lightly. For once, she's not feeling the physical attraction that is often there. Probably just all the blood and stuff.. Yeah. Not anything inside that's trying to tell Darcy that something is Very Wrong Here. Couldn't be that.

She'll stay in Ilph's room and make sure no one disturbs, while Ilpholin is in the bath.

Ilph's Room

"Awww..." Is the only protest Ilpholin gives.

Short time skip later and Ilpholin leaves the bath looking fresh, refreshed, and smelling pretty good actually. Looking almost radiant and regal.

"Thanks again. What will you do from here?" Ilpholin says as finds clothes to put on, not concerned with giving Darcy a show. Or perhaps very concerned with it, but not in the way Cessie would be.

"What do you think? I could stay around for a bit, while you get settled in. But if you think it will undermine you if I'm caught, then I can leave." Darcy says. She'd rather stay, and it's probably pretty obvious in her tone.

Ilph's Room

"Well not sure how people would take a Moff hanging around me. I do need someone to go and let Mister Squiggles know it's ok for him to come back and inform Wenomir of my progress. If you want to do that and then come back with Mister Squiggles and stick around for a bit after that, that'd be fine."

She pauses.
"Well... at least until I can convince Kal to take over internal security for rooting out spies and such. Then you probably shouldn't stick around for your own sake more than anything. But that'll be a little while yet."

Ilph's Room

"No, I won't hang out too close. Though, when I get back, I could change disguises and be a henchman you've seduced." Darcy shifts into her Moff disguise. "I probably should anyway. I wasn't a very good Moff. Too worried about you to keep up the act."

Ilph's Room

"Well if you ever had any interest in making out with a Moff, now's your chance."

Ilpholin teases.

"K. I gotta get back. Lots left to do. See you around, ok?"

Ilpholin goes to give Darcoff one last hug.

Darcy makes a face, and hugs Ilph goodbye.

As she opens the door and steps into the hall, Darcy!Moff scowls. "Thanks but no thanks. I don't swing that way, Boss."

And the Darcy!Moff heads for the front door, letting everyone think that he's leaving the party by fear of Girl Cooties.

Ilph's Room -> Main Room

"You will someday." Ilpholin promises, swearing her vengeance and readjusting her clothes.

Regardless, Ilpholin then returns to the party. She needed to talk to Magtok and that demon thing and Pink needed to talk to her too so... fun times.

"Oh, hey, Ilpholin!"

Yes, Pink does indeed need to talk to Ilpholin. The henchwoman approaches her new boss, clipboard in hand.

"May I speak with you for a moment?"

Some other henchmen give the two of them sidelong glances, concerned about something.

"Of course. Do we need to step into my office?" Ilpholin offers.

Of course, her office is really just her room right now. She needs to send Becky on a furniture run or something and get another room for an office.

Pink shrugs.

"If you want. It's not too secret or anything, though."

She waves her clipboard and gestures toward the other minions.

"It's about our salaries."

Right to the point.

Ilpholin almost says 'YOU GET PAID?!' but does manage to hold it in at the last second.

"What about them?" She asks instead, holding out her hand to take the clipboard.

"Well... We need them. Gordon paid us all, out of his own pocket too. So you're going to have to give us our wages as well now."

Pink shrugs and hands over the clipboard. The paper on it has many numbers on it. Wages and stuff. I'm no expert on this sort of thing and I don't know how much Gordon actually paid them, so lets leave it vague.

"Uh-huh... well I'll look this over and give you my answer on the matter tomorrow at the meeting." Ilpholin says, taking the figures with her. Needs to talk to Magtok before deciding anything about that.

"Very well."

Pink nods. Her business concluded, the henchwoman turns to go do... minion stuff. She'll tell her fellow henchies they won't get their answer until tomorrows meeting.

Ilpholin moves away from pink and goes looking for Magtok. They have a lot to discuss.

Magtok wipes some cake off his lips and turns to face Ilpholin, now that she's done with those Moffs and minions and stuff. It's a good thing he has that handy stack of napkins in his extra-dimensional space pockets now, I can't imagine how he could've possibly survived without them.

"Going to have any cake? You've certainly earned a slice."

Main Room

Napkins are important.

"A little later. For now, I need to talk to you privately if you aren't busy." It's a formality of course. Magtok's not busy enough to avoid this conversation!

"Right. Lead the way, then."

Mag drops napkin, plate, and disposable plastic fork into a handy trash can. I assume Ilpholin's walking somewhere next. If so, Magtok is going to follow.
