Ariel slipped out of the pool, letting her wool come back out and dry off her skin.

It was getting a bit dark...and being inside sounded nice.

She changes back into her t-shirt and jeans, getting some books, and will have Ariel snuggle up with her on the couch as it's READING INSTRUCTION TIME!

Ariel changes into her pajamas, and gets into her two person snuggy, sitting on the couch, waiting for Ancha to snuggle with her.
"Um...I don't want to learn how to read right now...I just wanna snuggle up with you and listen to you read."

Ariel may notice that, though not quite as badass as herself, her bride does indeed have some muscle definition---mostly upper body---for dealing with the weight of the guns she trains with.

Sidera House Ariel snuggles close and then falls asleep, a smile on her face. She did a lot today, I'm actually surprised she didn't fall asleep sooner

Clarissa releases the mangy rat as it wriggles out of her grasp without a second thought on the issue. She stares at it jovially, an enthused and sinister smile imparting its light upon her features. Well now, it seems that everything is falling into place. The dull creature has taken her suggestion, just as she expected it would.

Clarissa looks down at her boots, openly checking out their current condition with her discriminating eyes. They'll soon be out of fashion. Bloodying them up will be no tragedy or loss to her or Dave.

Soon she'll put this beast and its presumably morally unprincipled master to rest. For now, she'll have to merely make do with following it straight to its dark lord's terrifying lair.

Defelent marks her map and repeats Naethalee's words in his head. "Oh." He thinks Naethalee is getting a branding iron to surprise a slave she's bought as a gift for somebody. Making it a surprise for somebody who is a surprise.

I don't think that's right, but can't think of anything else it could be. Would you like to RP the trip to the blacksmith?

Naethalee chuckles and gives Defelent a wink, and a kiss on the cheek.

And hm...perhaps later. As she's going to head to meet Genesis first so that her continuity gets untangled.

Antera and her charge are nearing a one-story, dusty-white house on the granite flats.

Eadin will go into her open kitchen, so the woman can still see her.
She'll fill a bowl, holding it with both her hands as steam starts to rise.
"Tomato soup. Hope you like it."

Soup makes everyone feel better!

"Ah, thank you." She accepts the bowl with a smile and tries the soup. "This is interesting and new. I find it pleasurable. Thank you for sharing this with me." she will continue to drink the soup slowly, not seeming hungry but clearly enjoying it.

"You're welcome. Are you feeling better? Those were quite the wounds you had."

"Indeed! I was somewhat worried that I would be sent to oblivion. I'm not sure how I survived. Your aid was most appreciated." Still smiling, she looks back at what is left of her wing. "It appears that I have taken a degree of permanent damage, though. It shall never heal, it seems." She seems to be perfectly happy at this.

Because VORT! seems like a really good teleporting noise and it would be terrible if it were wasted on some non-teleporting sound effect.

It's really more of a cross between a poof and a vort. But anyway...

The SETs arrive shortly afterward, hopefully before the weredeor wakes up. If given enough time, they will secure it and prepare the operating room, and then wake it up. If all goes well, it will wake up but be paralyzed. Why? Because they want to do brain surgery.

Because OF COURSE brain surgery is the first thing to do in this situation. OBVIOUSLY.
