It's not very deep, but it is quite a long cut.

Alright. I worried that this might upset your girlfriend, as I can imagine she might not like you being with another woman who was partially undressed.
However, if you're sure this is okay...
She removes her shirt; she has no upper undergarments, leaving her torso entirely bare. The bluish lines on her skin are present here, and a port for the tube can be found on her back.

[Lady Serpentine]

Kilari frowns.

"Alright... Well, we're going to need something bigger than what I used earlier, obviously. How exactly did you get this?"

[T's]

Talnissa nods, hooking the tube up.

"It probably would, if we didn't know you or there weren't a reason for it. But since we do and there is, she should be fine with it; she'd have done the same thing if you'd asked her for help, though probably with more blushing."

[Beans]

[Gaunts]
She frowns.

"Well, that's good, anyway... Not the cleanest thing to get cut by, but it's better than a rusty support or something," The Creeper says, digging around in her bag. "No more hunting on your own, though. And none at all until that's healed. I'm not having you get gored because you can't move as fast, or someone else having that happen because they were protecting you. Or even just keeping it from closing up right because you won't let it rest."

[T's]

"Yep. You ready to test this thing, or is there some more stuff to hook up first?"

[Beans]

[Gaunts]
What? I can hunt on my own!
But mom, I'm fine!

Ready.
I just need somewhere safe to fire it.

[Lady Serpentine]

[Gaunts]

"No. Not only does it make you more likely to get hurt, what if this had been a bit deeper and you couldn't get back? We'd have had to try to find you, and, even if we did manage to, which isn't all that likely, you'd be at considerably higher risk for all sorts of complications than you would if your hunting partner could either carry you back or lead us to you. I can see why you were hunting solo when it was just you, Aira, and the Oracle, since someone had to set up camp, and keep an eye on the Oracle, but now that there are five of us and we have a permanent hive, we don't need to make camp and she's still safe enough if you take someone with you," Kilari replies, rather forcefully, pulling a half-used roll of bandages from her bag, and stepping forward, readying the rubbing alcohol, though she waits for Theia's reply before she starts to apply it.

[T's]

Talnissa grins, and goes to lead Pass to the testing range.

[Gaunts]
Theia blinks.

Testy time!
She points her arm and gun at the nearest target, taking aim.

Kilari smiles, and, once again, goes to take Theia's hand, before carefully pouring the rubbing alcohol into the cut.

[T's]

The nearest target is a life-size replica of a troll, and will affected by it exactly like a normal one.

[Beans]

[Gaunts]
She squeezes her hand, grimacing hard.

The pale blue bolt that lances out of the gun doesn't knock the troll-target back at all, but it will cause the troll's flesh to heat up on impact, perhaps causing muscular spasms if there's any way to simulate that.

The topless synth-girl smiles as she fires.

[Gaunts]

Kilari frowns, squeezing back, and continues applying it until the entire cut has has a fair amount put in it, at which point she begins bandaging it with one hand.

[T's]

There is indeed a way to simulate that, and Talnissa smiles as well, pleased that it seems to be working; it may also be stopping the target from regenerating the damage done to that area, depending on how hot it gets.

[Beans]

[Gaunts]
She toughs it out.

The heat and the radiation may both contribute to the non-regeneration; the blue energy is a radiation kinda thing.

Fortunately, putting it on and sealing it in place with resin isn't as painful as applying the alcohol, though it does still hurt, and it only takes her a few minutes to make sure everything is done properly.

"That really is everything this time, right?", the Creeper asks, sounding concerned.

[T's]

The radiation is indeed helpful as well; Talnissa's grin widens, noting its efficacy.

"Nice job, Pass. You want to test it on anything else?"

[Beans]

[Gaunts]
She nods, frowning.
Yeah...

Kilari frowns as well.

"Is something wrong, Theia?"

[T's]

She explains that there are replicas of orcs, dragons, elves, humans, bugbears, robots, vampires, catpeople, elementals, demons and devils of various varieties, harpies, and pretty much anything else that can be located in the Nexus; some of them are wearing various types of armor, of pretty much all tech levels, as well as various courses where the internal structure of the replicas can replicate moving targets, people with hostages, and a variety of conditions.

She fires on orcs, humans, and elves then.

Kilari nods, and goes to gently hug her.

"Sorry, Theia..."

[T's]

Once again, they react exactly as they normally would; I'm guessing it also induces muscle spasms in them, though I'm not entirely certain if there would be other effects, or how severe all of this would be.

[Beans]

[Gaunts]
She shrugs it off, sitting up.

Each effect is probably the same as with the troll, but with no regeneration to deal with.

That sounds much more unpleasant when taken out of context.

"Well, it certainly seems to be working well enough like this... You ready to test it when you're doing other stuff, so we can make sure it's not an undue drain?"

"Fair enough. And I'll try to remember not to hug you in the future..."

Talnissa nods as well, and goes to lead the synth to it.

She goes over to it and steps on, ready to get moving.

Kilari shrugs, smiling reassuringly at her.

"Don't worry about it, Theia. I get that not everyone is really up for a lot of contact."

Talnissa turns it on, at a fair speed, though she look somewhat confused as to why Pass didn't simply do so herself.

[Beans]

She nods, looking at her knees.

She starts moving and takes aim again.

"Look... Don't beat yourself up, okay? It wouldn't help if I had taken offense or something, and I didn't, so there's not even really a reason for it."

Talnissa smiles, watching curiously, ready to shut the treadmill off if it looks like Pass is using too much energy.

[Beans]

She nods.
