I didn't know anything about Eberron so I had to look your elf up first. The following are in order of my personal preference.

Sorry - I can't supply a picture, but the old Expert module X8 Drums on Fire Mountain featured green-skinned sea-going orcs with a culture loosely based on the southern Pacific cultures. If you can find a copy (it's available as pdf) then some of the artwork might be useable. It's not out of copyright so we can't scan and post it here though.

I'm looking for female catfolk pictures with a scholarly feel to them. Human with cat ears is too human, humanoid cat is too cat. Something in-between (but slightly more human than cat, like this) would be great.
I got inspired into creating this character after seeing a picture of Sun Tzu (from Eiyuu Senki) with cat ears. A brilliant Chinese tactician + catgirl = awesome character concept!

I have no idea where the "all Elves look like girls" trope came from. People who are easily confused, I guess. Sure, Legolas looks less manly than Gimli, but if that's how you differentiate, I'd advise you not to pay for affection on a street corner.

Beauty, fairness of face and grace of movement are traditionally considered feminine traits. Elves are often described as fair and graceful, so people jump to conclusions. Just a thought.

Not all elves are tolkien-elves, or lotr-movie-elves. In my gameworld elves with a bit more clear secondary sex characteristics are quite rare (and are usually pc's), the sex of most elves is usually only discernible by other elves.

Something just occured to me. Despite half the players of pen and paper games and CRPGs I know being women, there seem to be almost none working on them. When you look at the credits of rpg books, the few women credited are usually "editors" or "layout" and things like this.
Now speaking of RPG artwork, are there any more well known women doing art for major releases than Rebecca Guay and Eva Widermann?
