There's no real way of identifying him/her as male or elven, and that armor looks relatively heavy, but that's definitely a blue half dragon. The filename even says so.

I thought about it, but was afraid that it might give you guys a wrong impression. You see, the character Jinx, who's my inspiration, is crazy, and although she has, IMO, just the right amount of crazy in her expression on the picture that I like (her splash artwork), to some people she might seem creepy (because of her quasi-emo/gothic art design), which isn't what I want (I'm more aiming for cute crazy, but not too much).
