Was anyone else surprised at how much more reasonable the CE god of the orcs was as opposed to the CG god of strength?

We were asking him to kill someone, your point?

Also, Knack goes over to the city watch of... Eric, can I please have a name for this city? If you're undecided, I can always go with Ankh-Morpork.

I don't think I have given it a name... so, Ankh-Morpork it is.

Darius' sheet is finished. I have only what's-his-face the crusader left to make.

Hallok grins as he sees his three new allies rise from death. Evening, gentlemen. Now, you may be experiencing urges to follow my every command, and I can assure you, they are completely normal. I believe, however, that your servitude to myself- however long that may last- will be profitable and enjoyable for the lot of you. I must say, it is truly an honor to have such noble and mighty drow at my beck and call. Hallok gives a mock bow and an ostentatious twirl of his hand. Now, we have business to attend to, I believe. Until my...coworkers...return from their quest, I find that it is in my interest to attempt to gain as much power as possible. Darius, I don't suppose you've ever heard of the Libram of Ineffable Evil? Obnoxious though the title may be, I believe that it would be beneficial for the both of us if we could find some.

Knowledge (Arcana) check to try to think of where some LoIEs could be found.

Bring up a bow, Hextor and Heirenos had a bad eprience with an armor and a bow (tome of magic)

Well, I have come to challenge thee to combat for the seat of the chief of the city watch; and no I don't mean the chair, I mean the job.

Heirenos and Hextor had to kill one of their servants because he betrayed them, so they worked together to stop him. But they used their mother's bow and got punished for it. The story is under Savnok the Instigator in Tome of Magic.

You see this is why I bring this guy along for adventures. Only he would know that level of stuff. Knick Knack knows, Hallok has enough firepower to shut people up and Sir Rigel plays well with others.

And we present her as a challenge to her. Should you slay her we will all bow to thee and swear that we and all in our power will never do harm to you, but should you fail you will aid us in finding one powerful enough to defeat her. We also understand that she is quite powerful so we provide you with a second wager upon the first. I care not for your warning, I can take on any thing you can throw at me. As for the distribution of a portion of my spark... if I lose then, I suppose that is at least fair.
