The mashed potatooze is a sentient blob of potato-y death, hot and powerful, its nemesis is spoons and cold, like refrigerators. other than that it is pretty easy to kill.

Not to be a killjoy, but DR/cold doesn't really make sense, since energy damage isn't subject to DR anyway. How about you just make it DR 5/Bludgeoning and give it vulnerability to cold?

Eat your vegetables
once per half hour, the green giant can create an effect equal to a shout spell (CL 20) that also effectively casts symbol of fear on all humanoids of 18 or less (elves are immune to this, we don't when the hell they are children, and whether or not they are still babies at 18)

Summon ranch ooze
Once every 5 minutes, the green giant can summon 1d3+3 ranch oozes, which have the same stats as mashed potatoozes but with vulnerability to cold instead of fire

pickle juice
As a standard action once per round, the green giant can shoot a 80ft. cone of acid that smells like pickles that does 20d8 damage, a successful reflex save (DC 26) halves the damage, but makes you still smell like pickles
