I was thinking about an idea a new Acro, a warden organisation,devoted to protecting nature in the nexus from corruptive powers , trying to ward off extra planar threats, and destroying the undead

I was kinda wondering if anyone would take interest in this idea, and maybe have some ideas on the tone of the organisation

If it includes destroying intelligent undead, then it'll be all fights all the time.

Which is okay, if that's what you want, and if you don't force fights on players who just want to rp their undead guys without having to fight for their unlives all the untime. But if it's not what you want, then you'll want to rethink that goal.

Hello everybody! I think Pazuzu promised Ilpholin some Karkassoliths, so I would like volunteers available for aforementioned Karkassoliths.

They're a type of demon that can only exist outside the Abyss in the bodies of others; their own bodies start to evaporate and return if they try to leave any other way. They are capable of deciding how gravity affects them to an extent (a black hole still sucks them in, though slower, and in areas of no gravity they still float but are more likely to stick to something). Their true form also interferes with recording equipment, causing them to display static and snow. Magical recording equipment is unaffected, as are some highly advanced technological ones.

Intelligent undead would probably left alone unless they are destructive, or are actively creating more undead , a small organisation would not be able to go after them all .

otherwise I was thinking of a kind of retreat in the woods, or on an island as a base...

Hm. I might be interested in that Org, then... Though, I'd have to wonder if Talnissa would count as actively creating more undead; she's offered to bring Kara back as a Ghost in the Machine, or possibly a non-decaying lich (rather similar to Beans's character Vo, who I'm pretty sure you're familiar with), when she dies, as that way you get around the fact that only one of them is immortal.

These are the same type as Dam'Bul, yes? In any case, depending on how many of them there are, I might be interested.

An island is good if you don't want people bothering you. Bad if you want interaction with others, since a nature commune is unlikely to have regular shuttlepods like HALO does.

They are the same kind of demon as Dam'Bul, yes. Though they don't need to be the same colour, size and so on- demons are chaotic, and I always give each a unique description and appearance.

I haven't specified a number because I'm looking for volunteers and didn't know how many people would be interested. I don't think there'd be many, however.

as for the location: it should be near mountains, the sea and a forest really, a place built around the trees or in mountain caves probably

So, it has come to my attention that Dave will be needing a nurse for the clinic he's going to be building in the Red Zone. Does anyone want to step up to the plate for this one?

I have two characters, Mindfreak, that could use jobs and both are the kinds of caring, intelligent folk that make good nurses.

One is free at the moment: Westlanna.

The other is busy, but I can plot-clone her if necessary: Winguardia. 'Gaurdia knows the most about science and medicine.

Anything I should know about this clinic? What is Dave's goal with the place?

Well, it's to be a sort of good aligned place.

Dave's goal is to provide free health care to residents of the Red Zone so that they can spend their money on more important things.

Out of curiosity, speaking of hospitals in the Red Zone, I was setting one of those up a few months ago, including hiring Lost Deep's character Kate, to set up a computer network for their files, but the only result of the ads I posted on the Wall was that Icarus attacked the building it was in. Did it just get buried, or was there simply no interest?
