I wasn't refusing to RP until my question was answered. The reason I was waiting to post was because something you'd said about Civvy having possibly been bluffing about the card's validity contradicted Mee's post it being a perfectly legitimate card, so I was confused as to whether you'd missed that post, it had been retconned, or something else was going on, and thus whether or not what I was responding to would end up changing and/or if I needed to go back and reread some of the earlier posts so that I was working with the right information.

Whether or not there was a union was just something I'd have at least liked to get a 'maybe' or something on, instead of having the question be ignored completely, and, to some extent, with the comment about Civvy having been potentially bluffing, directly evaded.

I'm also somewhat confused as to how they set this up when the only power Gath had shown onscreen until that point, at least that I can recall, was non-divine teleportation, unless they decided that messing around with whatever deity happened to set themselves up as a mark would be fun, but I suppose it doesn't matter too much...

Oh, and my post assumes that copies of HALO's IC rules are posted in the halls, or at least easy to get a copy of. Let me know if that's inaccurate for some reason and I can change it.))

Because it's not a "TheoChronal Union" card; it's a TheoChronal "union card". As in one of our union cards that happens to be a TheoChronal license. The Lady Civiron also bears a TheoThelemic card for exercising her divine will, a TheoThaumic card for working miracles, and a TheoBiotic card for bringing the dead back to life. Commander Tobias pays the union fee for all "TB cards" himself, because he likes having his people stay alive. The man rolls his eyes and turns to the short goddess. Honestly, Civvy, don't you explain anything to these idiots?

"That would be your job as representative, not hers as a member, wouldn't it?", Gtharon inquires, frowning slightly. "And why is it that the requirement that deities belong to your union isn't included in HALO's rules?

Gath notices that possibility, though he's not really used to sunglasses, his realm not generally getting bright enough to require them, so he can't be certain of it.

She should be able to master it fairly quickly, as the basic spell is relatively simple, most of the complexity coming from the illusory part; if that's the case, it's quite effective on the simulated person, knocking them back several feet each time it's used, and leaving them stunned for several seconds afterward.
