Cineal eventually gets the spell down right after almost an hour of trying. This one was hard.

Lellienth smiles when she gets it, and goes to lay a hand on Cineal's shoulder.

"You worked pretty hard there, Cin... You want to take another break, or keep going?"

Where Lellienth begins preparing an intricate dish involving about ten different types of mushroom used as sauce for rothe meat, as well as some sort of odd-looking tea.

Yeah, she'd run to her room and hide. Which gives you the excuse to run after her. So you'd end up alone, or with Chris, in her room. The foxy mastermind playfully nips at Carrie's neck.

Huh, those are some good questions. Guess you're not a total idiot. It's hard to tell with the sunglasses, but Samael appears to be ogling Civvy lecherously as opposed to looking at Gath attentively.

Gath notices that possibility, though he's not really used to sunglasses, his realm not generally getting bright enough to require them, so he can't be certain of it.

"Why do I get the idea that you've stopped treating this with any semblance of seriousness?", he asks, mostly rhetorically, though he certainly wouldn't object to actually being answered.

Well; Civvy hasn't dealt with sunglasses much at all. She knows what they are, but that's about it. So she has absolutely no way of knowing what Samael's eyes are doing.

"Well . . . uh . . ."
She says, taking a sneaky step backwards. (Towards the conveniently placed rear door)
"I'll just be going then . . ."

Lellienth is quite good at cooking. Which, considering she had to eat whatever she made for several years, isn't really all that surprising; self-preservation is quite a good motivator.

And, after a bit, the sweet - a dessert, in fact - dish is served to Cineal, as is the still-steaming tea.

Angela sits down on a convenient couch and tries to pull Carrie into her lap. For now... what, hot stuff?


Samael frowns at the Goddess. Aw, Civvy, if you don't want to be near me, just say so. I'll happily leave you alone.

Cineal eats, quite appreciative of Lellienth's cooking.

Civvy tells him, taking another few steps towards the door.

Lellienth smiles, glad that Cineal likes her cooking, and eats as well.

The tea is quite bitter, with a sharp edge, and, as a precaution, is of a variety that should serve to ward off the majority of ill effects from overusing magic.

Meanwhile, in the other kitchen, Gath sighs when Civvy mentions a joke.

"Wonderful. Congratulations; it seems you've semi-successfully duped another deity. Though you're not going to get yelled at for doing so, at least by me."

Angela returns the kiss passionately. Sounds great.


The silver-haired man chuckles and starts walking out the opposite door.

Meanwhile, in the other kitchen, Gath sighs when Civvy mentions a joke.

Lellienth seems glad that Cineal enjoys it; most of the people she's seen use it haven't liked it that much, which made them reluctant to drink it, so it's good that the Aspect will be willing to drink as much of it as she might need.
