And then she's sprinting forwards again to stop about 10 feet away from the newcomer, whereupon she says the amazing HALO specific greeting that no one else has ever though of using!

"Hi! Welcome to HALO!

You're a bear?"

"What ice? And who did it eat?"

There sure were a lot of interesting people coming into HALO today. He was wondering what the occasion was.

There's a cold thump as a surface pod connects to the base. The door slides open and a battered, demonic looking wolf stumbles out...

Said wolf wouldn't happen to be Gyhar, would they?

In any case, all of my HALO people are around, and could thus be in the vicinity of the pod if desired.

It would be Gyhar, in wolf form! His eyes are filled with pain, and he's walking quite slowly. He doesn't seem to have any major injures visible, but he does seem to struggle to stand on his back left leg.

Lellienth is probably the most appropriate character to run into him, then, as she's the only one of them who's met him. And also the only one capable of performing a healing that doesn't involve a transfusion of vampire blood.

So now he most likely has a concerned drowess running over to him!
