In the fandom, it is suspected that she is aware that she's in a cartoon, and has powers to break the fourth wall.

In FO:E you'd recognise her as the being in charge of the Ministry of Morale.

Obviously they will shake out like so:

Team Leader: Fluttershy
Loyalty Officer: Pinkie
Hygiene Officer: Dash
Comm & Recording: Applejack

Equipment Mare: Twilight

These are obviously the best ways the positions can be filled. Friendship is mandatory. The princess is your friend.

There's a difference between athletic farm-girl-style and athletic track-runner-style. Brawn v. sleek, if you will.

Have you seen an episode all the way through, or just more bits and pieces? It might be that you just like the community and cool fan-produced stuff, which is just fine. Or it might be that the show will slowly grow on you and can progressively give it a couple more chances.

Also, I too send SiuiS my best wishes for recovery. Guy's too good at injuring himself.

I see Dash as being much more elegant and sleek than Applejack. Dash is tomboyish, but put her in a dress and style her hair and she is really beautiful. Applejack, on the other hand, seems more homely and a bit more stocky (odd considering all ponies have very similar body types).

I think if you log out of your Google account and do private browsing and/or clear your history afterwards that it won't store it in YouTube.

Those are just the browsers and versions I have around, but while you're using any of those modes, your browser won't collect or store any information, or anything it does will automatically be deleted when it's closed. Although if you logged into an account while using it, that could still have stuff recorded on the far end, but not a problem for anything you can look at without a login.

Edit: And you don't have to worry about logging out using these since you'll already be logged out of everything in it to start. Since it goes both ways, and it won't have access to any of your normal cookies and login information and such while it's running in that mode.

Incidentally it's not Paranoia if everypony doesn't get given a role they're agonisingly unsuited for, meaning they have to bump off a team member to get the job they're good at.

A good GM won't put the worst person for the role in the role, they'll put someone who will flail about wildly believing they're doing well. Then, in midst of the failure, something will happen and things will go horribly right.

Essentially this whole thing would be the tabletop RPG of choice for the Deadpool Corps.
