Adir gives Harnel a respectful, if a bit whimsical, two-fingered salute. Just before Harnel leaves with his entourage, the stag calls out, "Um, do you guys wanna borrow my truck or something?"

Suddenly, blaring alarms sound. If Harnel wants the truck, Adir will toss him the keys, and then proceed upstairs to the

Where he's totally been since the klaxons started. The stag takes a seat, merely looking and listening for now.

anyways, assuming this little continuity hiccup dooesn't prevent stuff from happening, Harnel will accept the keys to the truck and get everybody who wants to come loaded up into the truck. Including the back of it if there's not enough room in the cab.

At this point it should be said that whomever wants to can be present for the arrival at Remnant, regardless of whether they spoke up here in the Tower.

Planning Room

"I spent some time as one a little while back when I got infected," Harnel says, "Their weaknesses are Silver and Dragon Bone - burns them up just from contact with 'em. Applying dragon bone for long enough will eventually result in a cure as it washes out the transformation. When you're not using silver or dragonbone then they have enormous levels of regeneration, on par or even above most trolls. Unfortunately, that's all I know. And it has to be real dragon bone, not something like from a half-breed like me." Harnel scratches his chin. "As for Ilpholin, I could go talk to her if need be. Sending one guy who can handle himself to talk to her is a lot less... hostile than sending a group to interrogate her, you understand. Unless someone else thinks they're a better candidate?"

Darcy discovers she has a plot clone free and answers the door. "... Ilpholin?"

"It's called Watchtower," Mikani tells Sallianne, but before she can say more, the door opens!

And she blinks!

"...Miss Amakirr?"

"Not entirely sure." Irene admits.

Irene looks between the two, trying to puzzle out what's going on and where she heard the name Ilpholin before.

"Umm... hello. I'm Irene, this is Sallianne, and Mikani but I'm guessing someone here already knows someone else here?" Somehow. There were a lot of questions.

Sallianne just looks at each of the women and waits for them to speak. Irene was right. Mikani and Darcy seem to know one another.

"I've actually got some dragon bone, if we need it," says Adir looking around. He nods toward Harnel, thinking it a good idea. "What if Ilpholin is in league with them?" The stag seems to have some idea.

Hospital

Mia will be stabilized, then! The drones likely do their job, and with a sigh, Cornelia drops into a chair beside the beleaguered priestess. She intends to stay until Mia and her mechanoid wake up.

"I will go and meet her. She's my best friend." Darcy says.

Harnel frowns when Darcy speaks up, "Are you sure? I don't now if that's a good idea, given how close you are to the situation." Harnel couldn't imagine what it must be like to have seen your best friend turn into a demon, and he's worried about what Darcy might do, given the chance.

Harnel just sighs and nods, "Alright, but try not to do anything rash, alright? a few of the correct words can fix a problem before it becomes a problem, and someone who loses their head won't find those words."

Wenomir is definetly surprised to see Pat's wilingness to lose her fingers, before he remembers that she mentioned having multiple bodies.
Still, his surprise causes him to be distracted for a split-second, and the hilt of his sword hits his forehead. He reacts immediately, trying to sweep Pat's legs from under her with a kick while she's occupied with his sword.

Training Ring

The sweep connects, knocking Pat to the ground, but not before her hand drags itself across Wenomir's blade, slicing off the rest of the fingers of that hand and a good chunk of the palm. As soon as her back hits the floor, she makes a quick swiping motion, trying to get blood in Wenomir's eyes to try and blind him before trying to launch a quick kick at his right foot to try and knock him down as well.

Depends on the details, Adir. If they're somehow corrupting her, we can cure her. If she's allied with them willingly... we would need to find out why and use persuasion. But honestly, I can't imagine why Ilpholin would ally with them willingly. What would she gain by this? But that's just guessing.

Wenomir steps back and tilts his head so that Pat's blood only splashes the side of his head, not the eyes. Pat's kick connects, but doesn't knock him to the ground - it just causes him to stagger back momentarily.

Well, that's not the weirdest thing Darcy's heard of in the Nexus. "You can come in and search, but I'll need to escort you." She steps back from the door to allow the party to enter.

Darcy escorts the party as they search, though if any of them wander off from the group, she'll try to get them back together with a stern reprimand.

"Mrs Happy Turtle Amakirr, formerly of the Blackdust tribe, formerly president of GLoG." Darcy says with a sigh. "She died and went to heaven, which is to say that she decided after her resurrection that she wanted to go into retirement. She lives on an island somewhere with her adopted daughter. I've never actually met her, and have no wish to do so. It'd be far too awkward."

All of this is said with a little distaste. It feels weird knowing someone is out there who shares part of your life, but still isn't you. The having a daughter bit is especially icky. Darcy has no interest in parenthood and doesn't know what her dimensional analogue went through that made that different.

"Can we talk about something else now? Where do you think your soul is?"

"I feel like it's... down. Do you guys have a basement or something of the sort?" Irene says. She would just float down through the floors to get it, but figures that'd be defeating the whole being accompanied thing and full of slight.

To be entirely accurate, her soul piece is located in the Catacombs.

Darcy (after her player does a quick check of the OP) decides that random strangers aren't going to be shown the Safe Room without KR being consulted first. Besides, with all the wards on the place, the chances of a soul just happening to be there without KR THE ALMIGHTY knowing is pretty low.

"There are the catacombs. They pre-date this fortress, and have never been adequately explored, so it could be dangerous." But she leads the way regardless. If someone wants their soul, they'll deal with dangers to get there.

"I'll take silver to check our suspicions. If it doesn't glow in her presence, then the demons were lying. If it does, then I will have dragonbone and beg her to accept the cure.

If she refuses... then should I try to use force? What does the group think?" Darcy asks.

"I think you should call in for some help if she refuses a cure. By that point either they've gotten to her or she's delusional about the source of her power." Harnel says, "We'll stage an intervention and use force if it's the only option." Harnel looks towards those who outrank him. It seems like a good enough idea to him, and he's looking for their approval of it.

[Training Ring]

"Alright, that's enough you two. This is supposed to be sparring, not a brawl." Harnel moves into the ring, offering both Wenomir and Pat a hand so they can get help back up to their feet.

"I personally don't think it's an good idea to force her to do anything. Ilpholin is extremely stubborn. I doubt she will move even an inch unless you have very good arguments for it. We better confirm just what she is and talk to her about this potential misdirection." Cessie replies.

"You know, Darcy can probably get Ilpholin out of AMEN's little fortress," Adir says, hopefully just stating the obvious. "Our terms, no private army."

"I will arrange to meet her somewhere away from AMEN, obviously," Darcy says. "If I can't persuade her to accept the cure, I do think it should be forced on her. It's what I'd want done if the demons ever found a way to change me. And since we have already decided on a war of eradication, it would be foolish to allow demon-tainted mortals to refuse treatment."

Harnel nods, "That's why I mentioned it as a last resort. But, well, she's a drow. Or at least tries to be. Both as a demon and as a drow, what i know of them is that they want power, and Ilholin may see losing her demonhood as a step backward and possible losing her grip on AMEN. I really do hope you're right, Adir, but we need to be prepared in case you're not."

After taking a moment to think, the stag revises his plan and says, "Honestly, guys, I'm not sure trying to talk at all is the best plan." The stag looks around and holds his hands out questioningly. "That might set off alarm bells, even if you are friends. I say we wait till she leaves AMEN on her own and Boris tranqs her from three hundred yards."

Shawna, who has been present and quietly listening this whole time, of course, finally stirs. The previously unnaturally - almost creepily - still rainbow-haired technopaladin turning to face the stag, with a precisely arched eyebrow.

"You are suggesting that we conduct an unprovoked attack? Upon a person who, I may wish to remind you, we do not know for certain is in fact one of these demons? If that is how you believe WATCHTOWER should be run I do not believe that you should remain a member; if there are others here who would agree with such a cource of action I do not believe that I should remain a member."

"I think Adir is right. We should use our advantage as long as we have it. As long as she proove to be one of these demons."

Mia says a bit playfull as she still sits on MDM.

Mia smiles a bit amused. Looking down the gunsmith she looks after the scales. Seeing them not healed much Mia is depressed. she goes closer to her to open he new eye having a look over it.

Then if she didn't wake up Mia head for her lab allways holing herself on the wall.
