Orc chief, orc soldier with shirt and spear, bare-chested orc with axe, gagged dwarf and new noble.(last panel)

The first panel of the next island strip also works, with the shaman replacing one of the soldiers.

There is also five bald persons shown in the family tree.

Not the answer I was expecting, but it works. Since it's OQ, find another character who speaks in bold lowercase letters and has white-coloured speech bubbles, but is not an orc/half-orc.

OK, once again I didn't narrow it down enough and got an answer that's correct but I wasn't expecting. Since it's OQ...

Not quite. In the answer I was thinking of, you should be able to demonstrate that they've been told the information multiple times through just one strip.

Edit: 24 hours since I posted the question, so the hint is: Durkon is the member of the order I was thinking of. The character who tells him the information in the first strip is an Azurite, and he shares the information in a conversation with Roy and Vaarsuvius.

Edit 2: The answer I was looking for was: The difference between Port and Starboard.
