"It's one of those..." The being taps it's golden claw against the place where it's chin should have been. "Brute-ish human creatures with green skin. This one can fly though. He shouted something about wanting my treasure as he chased me through the air. He was right behind me."

Harnel can hear someone knock loudly on the door. "It's him! Please don't tell anyone I'm here! I beg of you!"

Cessie's Lab-Sometime Later

Kirin, having finished today's work, gets to the lab to meet Cessie for more fey experiments. She isn't too worried about it, even though last time she made something of a fool of herself.

The half-dragon nearly hits the flying thing that recoils in shock. "Whoa! Don't hurt me, please!" It exclaims. At this point Harnel can see that the object is in fact a small gold-colored pyramid with two golden claws without any connection to the body floating nearby. It have a single human eye at the very top of the pyramid and a maw at the very bottom.

"I'm pretty sure Adir isn't a Satyr but otherwise you would be correct. But fey is the classification for them and many other creatures such as pixies and goblins." Well, in her world at the very least. "Just as both ghosts and zombies are undead."

"Ok." Mia replies with an 'Ahh' face.

"I think I got the problem now. Our worlds have different classification. Just an example Ghost wouldn't count as undead in ym world."

"Really? How curious. What would you call them then?" Cessie asks as they arrive at the lab. Kirin already waiting.

Kirin looks up when Cessie enters... and then looks at Mia with some confusion. Kirin doesn't know her, so the thought that Cessie would actually invite her to the experiment never crossed Kirin's mind.

"Really? How curious. What would you call them then?" Cessie asks as they arrive at the lab. Kirin already waiting.

"Incoporal. After all in my world Adir and Sakura would count as humanoid."

Mia just smiles at Kirin. She might search for the big robot, which currently is just some kind of armor Mia wears.

Harnel scratches his chin for a moment, and then casts about the lab. Cessie has those sealed containers in here, after all.

Harnel will attempt to put the golden thing into a container, "Here's the situation. I won't condemn you, but neither do I trust you. You're going into a sealed container; you won't be able to escape, but your pursuer won't be able to find you. I'll be back in a short while."

And then he'll stuff the little thing in and go to answer the door, assuming it doesn't somehow get out.

"What? No, that won't do at all. I have an better idea. Do you have a wallet of some kind?" The being asks as the knocking continues.

"Are you going to take that?" He can hear Cessie call to him. Wonder what Kirin is doing?

"We call such creatures spirits." Cessie replies curtly before turning her attention to Kirin. "Ah, good that you're here. Kirin. Would you mind if Mia observes this experiment?"

"I'm a bit tied up dealing with some sort of creature that flew through our window. Would you get it please?" Harnel calls back to Cessie, not letting go of the little thing.

"Nooo! You revealed it. That's not good. We have to make a new pact or I can't give you anything. Those are the rules." The being pleads.

"...what? Kirin, can you take the door please?" He hears his wife shout.

"No problem, not if you trust her. Um, just keep in mind I might not be entirely me during the experiment." She wants that out in the open after how she acted last time and company just happenned to show up.

"Sorry! Was in the middle of some soup."

Kirin will rush to the front door to greet anything there cordially!

"Then here's my deal; you get into a container while I figure this out, and I consider not turning you over to whoever is out there," Harnel says. The way he says it leaves no question that it's not a suggestion.

And for the record, Harnel does not in fact have a wallet. He has a coin pouch, though.

"So I'm supposed to willingly imprison myself to someone who may or may not protect me? That's a terrible deal!" The creature shouts back.

As Kirin opens the door a large puff of cigarette smoke blows into her face. The source is a large cigar held in the mouth by a huge green fellow. Being about nine feet tall Kirin can just barely see his head which is dominated by a nose twice as long as the cigar he's smoking. Two large green ears stick out in a mass of black hair which hangs over the creatures shoulders, almost reaching the ground. Behind the two wide shoulders only matched by it's girth are two huge wings that might remind Kirin of Harnel's, only these are much larger and green.

A large green scaled hand attempts to reach in and grab the catgirl as a voice booms over the keep. "WHERE I' MY GOLD?"

"Well that's intressting. We call the energy for our robot friends spirit. I think this theme needs more time then I thought."

Mia nods at Kirin's words. She starts to prepare a spell, just in case and only for defence.

Kirin coughs from the smoke and then Eep! she is grabbed, having been distracted. "I don't-" cough cough "know anything about that! I think you probably have the wrong address or some thing. Let me go!" Kirin will try to pull away from the big green man... but she probably isn't anywhere near strong enough. Plus if he wants to lift her up in the air or throw her around he's more than able to...

'Robot'? Ah, well. She needed to focus on Kirin now. "Of course, we won't blame you for anything that happens during it." Cessie was well familiar with the effect of the fey energy. Mia will see that the door close behind them, effectively sealing them in. The entire room is heavily enchanted to keep the experiments in and intruders out.

The sorceress then goes to unlock a small box and pick out a fey seed which she will then hand to Kirin. "You can take it at any time Kirin, I just like to observe the effects."

Kirin pops the seed into her mouth and immediately rises an inch off of the ground. She just starts floating, and her cream fur changes to be more of a silvery color, and her stripes become golden swirls that shift over her form.

"Ooh, I'm not hungry!" that's nice, Kirin.

"Yes it is. It's what you signed up for when you started trespassing in my home and into a place where my wife keeps a lot of dangerous equipment," Harnel says, irritation clear in his voice, "Have you done anything wrong? If the truthful answer is no, then I can tell you right now that I will not let harm befall you. This is mostly for your own protection, and in part so that you don't skedaddle as soon as I take my eyes off you."

The creature looks about to reply when it seem to hear something. "I think that Kirin girl might be in danger, that green guy isn't exactly polite."

The green troll-like creature lifts her into the air and stares at her with it's small black eyes. "'uch a little thing. Won't 'o until you give me my gold. It flew in here. Don't try to hide it." It states, starting to shake Kirin slightly.

Kirin reaches up to claw at the brute's hands. "Since when does gold fly-wait, hold that thought." She takes a deep breath...

mrrrrrrrOOOOWROOWOWOWOWOWROWRROWOWOWROWOWWRRRRROWOWOWOW...

And Kirin proceeds to make a tremendous racket.

Harnel looks down towards the door, even though it's blocked by walls and a floor.

"Stay here and don't touch anything."

The good Cessie had in here could be replaced if something happened. Kirin being in danger, on the other hand, had to be dealt with now.

Harnel will run to the door, and be there within moments, "Unhand her. Now. Or I'll rip your arm off and shove it up your ass."

Yeah, he's pissed.

The man, which Harnel might be able to recognize as a troll half-dragon (dragons are as crazy as humans) frowns at Kirin as she starts making sound like the most horrible fire alarm. The clawing at his hand isn't making things much better. As Harnel comes rushing he have no calms about letting her down again. His attention turns to Harnel instead. "You 'e boss then?" He wonders out loud, removing the cigar from his mouth.

"I won't!" The creature calls out after him as he heads out.

"Yes, this is in face very normal compared to the effects I usually see." Cessie replies before turning to Kirin again. "Anything else you notice is different Kirin?"

Kirin is let down and immediately scampers off. She's going to get some knives, just in case. And that insane boomerang, but that's even more just in case than the knives are.

"Yeah! It's like everything is crystal clear. I can hear most everything, like the blood in your veins, and I can feel the air move, even the smallest bit. I can feel the magic around me, and in you. I know what you're going to say, half a moment before the sound reaches me." She floats further up into the air, casually using a hand to keep herself from bumping into the ceiling. "I can see the little imperfections of your skin, or the little cracks in the stone, or all kinds of things. And I'm realizing things. Things just seem really obvious all of a sudden. Like, how long it will be until the twins wake up. I'm thinking back and looking around and seeing patterns or connections that I didn't see before, but are really, really obvious now."

"Yeah, I'm the man of this household," Harnel says, "What do you want?" He stands at the entrance, his tail swinging from side to side in agitation. He's never liked trolls, and when he got an arm torn off by one didn't help his opinion of them. A half-dragon troll was just worse

The troll chuckles. "I asked for boss, not man." He stares back at Harnel, looking rather amused. "But 'ou will do. 'y gold flew in here. I want it back. Now."

"A what?" Cessie asks Mia with a raised eyebrow. Her familiarity with drugs and their terms were minimal. "Go on Kirin, can you really see into the future or is it just that you can sense enough information to accurately predict such events?"

"Then I'm afraid you've walked into the wrong place. This is my home, not yours. You're trespassing. You manhandled my maid. You don't get to make demands." Harnel certainly doesn't look happy. He's looking over the half-troll though, trying to determine what parts of him he could attack to cause the most damage. Maybe the stomach...

"Yeah, I can't actually see it happening, but I can guess it. It's like Sherlock Holmes, I see all of this information and it just adds up to really obvious things in my head." Kirin casually pushes off of the ceiling. "Or at least they're obvious now. I never saw it before, but I know that I couldn't have seen it before. But enough of that, I want to do something! I can feel all this energy in me, I want to do something with it."
