    Name: Surprise Party (Pink Voice Four)

    Race: Cyber Pegasus Pony

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: Three purple balloons. Surprise Party's special talent is surprising other ponies. She's always been quite adept at this skill and mostly used it for throwing parties for the unawares or playing harmless pranks. That was before the war, at least. After the war with the Zebras began her uncanny ability to catch others unaware was put to much more sinister use.

    Virtue: Laughter. Surprise has always had a penchant for making the lives of other ponies a little more exciting and fun. However her time in the service of the Ministry of Morale and two hundred years locked in stasis has left her virtue abused and broken. She still laughs and she still smiles. But it has been hollow for a long time.

    Appearance: Originally a white pegasus mare with purple eyes and a yellow/blond mane. Upon seeing Surprise it becomes immediately obvious that she's a cyber pony. Her neck and face are covered in synthetic skin and her eyes have been replaced with ocular implants. The rest of her body is shod in smooth white plasto-cermaic plates over black reinforced synth-skin. The 'flight feathers' in her cyborg wings are a series of micro-repulsion jets for improved speed and maneuverability. Finally four manipulator cables are built into her spine to allow for fine dexterity and to interface with machinery.

    Faction: Ministry of Morale assassin unit code named 'Party Pooper'. Only living component of the Pink Voice Four project.

    Name: Pineapple Blast

    Race: Earth Pony

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: Pineapple Blast's Cutie Mark is a picture of a spherical black bomb, with its fuse lit. Her special talent is building and using explosives, and she's quite competent at it.

    Virtue: Strangely enough, given her occupation, Harmonious Honesty. Pineapple Blast has always been just a bit slow, and not the best deceiver around. Due to a combination of the fact that she's just not very good at it and the fact that other ponies had a lot of fun tricking her over the years of her life, she's developed a strong distaste for lies.

    Appearance: Pineapple Blast is average-sized, but unusually healthy and stable. She's clearly not had a bath in some time, but she'd probably be fairly comely if she were to clean up. She has dark green eyes, a dark yellow coat, and hair to match her eyes.

    Faction: Old Appleoosa Slavers (Deserted), Lamianos

    Skills: Pineapple is, as previously stated, overqualified in the use and construction of various explosives and explosive-related devices, such as Grenades, Grenade Launchers, Rocket Launchers, Mines, Traps, C-4, and basically anything else that goes boom. She's also highly competent at general repairs, as years of destroying things have ironically given her a pretty good idea of how things come apart and how they go back together. She's learned basic survival skills, such as how to find food, make fires, and follow tracks. Finally, her position in Old Appleoosa (usually maintaining slave collars, building new ones, or constructing grenades for the armory) came with some mandatory training in both firearms and bladed weapons. While she prefers explosives to either, she is capable of using both to effect in combat.

    Equipment: Pineapple Blast is rather well-armed, all things considered. She has a suit of Leather Barding, made mainly so she didn't get shrapnel stuck in her coat so often. This barding also contains mounting for her Battle Saddle, which is a mouth-operated design specially modified to accommodate her Grenade Launcher.
    Her primary weapon is a hoofmade grenade launcher she calls "Thumper" due to the noise it makes when firing. "Thumper" has a number of improvements over the typical design, including a scope that was clearly removed from a hunting rifle and modified, as well as a small magical talisman that protects projectiles from wind speed or other factors that may throw the shot off course. Finally, its firing mechanism is essentially pneumatic, but relies on the pressure wave produced by several small deflagrations. These small explosions create the "Thump!" sound that the weapon produces when firing. This pneumatic firing method works even through the wide barrel, which chambers a wide variety of explosives rather than the single caliber common of most weaponry.
    Her extra-large saddlebags contain a supply of dried food and water, as well as a supply of grenades that might as well be infinite, given that she also carries the chemicals needed to make more.

    Demolitions Expert I: Your experience with blowing things up has made you really good at blowing things up! You gain a large bonus to your explosives skill, your explosives are less likely to go off early or late, and you do significantly more damage with them!
    Demolitions Expert II: More experience has actually improved your already impressive skills! You gain a larger bonus to your explosives skill, your explosives always go off when they're supposed to, and you can break an impressive number of things with a relatively small amount of BOOM!
    Grunt: You've received training in various forms of infantry combat, so that you may better survive and kill in a straight fight! You do additional damage with all pistols, shotguns, automatic rifles, explosives, and knives.
    Powder Chemist: You've become surprisingly competent at the production of explosives from household parts! You know all of the sneaky ways to mix chemicals and make them explode. You can craft many types of explosives, given that you have the materials necessary.
    Bloody Mess: When you're involved in the fighting, enemies tend to die in rather gruesome ways! You deal slightly increased damage with all types of weapons in combat, and ponies that die in your presence tend to make a bigger mess than usual! (Obtained after winning the Battle of Ponyville)

    Name: Bauhaus

    Race: Sand Dog

    Virtue: Honesty. Bauhaus has been betrayed one too many times by those who would abuse his trust, and thus he does not give it lightly. Of course, he does have the decency to treat others as having more or less the same trait, and always goes out of his way to ensure that he remains trustworthy.

    Appearance: Bauhaus is actually only slightly above average size by the standards of his species, but towers over a majority of ponies. His coat is a dull brown color, with some whitish streaking on his arms and neck. Like most diamond dogs, he has a large pair of forward paws and relatively small lower paws. However, he can move on three limbs with little special effort. His organic eye is a deep ochre, with a thin orange iris. His jaw, as is common among Diamond dogs, is slightly oversized, though this feature is largely due to cybernetic enhancement.
    As a Sand Dog, Bauhaus is heavily modified through cybernetic implants. The metal is normal steel, but alchemically treated to not rust and to resist MEW fire. Further, his implants are outfitted with Sparkle Cages, preventing them from being shut down by EMP or a similar effect. Specifically, he has a cybernetic eye, a pair of brain implants, a mechanical jaw and digestive system, a reinforced skeletal structure, and enhanced limbs. As a result of such heavy alteration, large swathes of Bauhaus' body have been replaced, granting him a nearly mechanical appearance not often seen outside the Hizai or Red Eye's elites.

    Faction: Independent

    Skills: Bauhaus is an expert cyberneticist, capable of interfacing biological and mechanical parts with little difficulty. Due to the fact that this requires some in-depth knowledge of both mechanics and medicine, he is also a qualified doctor and engineer. Further, he has an expert touch when it comes to technology, and he can quite easily hack computers or robots into cooperation. He is familiar with magical interactions through talismans and similar devices, and is effective in the maintenance and operation of most types of Magical Energy Weapons. Finally, his digestive upgrade can process essentially anything, allowing him to survive on scrap metal and gems if necessary.

    Equipment: Bauhaus is equipped, of course, with a variety of Cybernetics. These can be further augmented by incorporating talismans into them, though he does not have any at the moment. The Sand Dog usually wears a lightly-armored white labcoat, useful mainly for its hidden storage pockets and twin holsters. For weapons, Bauhaus carries a Disintegrator Pistol and EMP Rod, both in excellent condition due to expert maintenance. The Disintegrator Pistol is not an unusual or special specimen, but it is still a rather deadly MEW in such expert hands. The EMP Rod has a very short effective range due to the beam discorporating after about twenty feet, but is quite dangerous when used correctly and completely disables Spell Matrices nearly without fail. In some cases, it can even dispel active spells.

    Bauhaus (Lvl. 8 Sand Dog)

    Egghead: You are really good at learning and enjoy study, but your social development has been somewhat stunted. You lose a point of Charisma, but you gain an extra Tag Skill!

    Specialized: You are very dedicated to your pursuits of choice, even to the neglect of others! You gain a significant bonus to all of your tagged skills, but gain a small penalty to all other skills!


    Perks:
    Racial Perk (Sand Dog): A typical Sand Dog might not get along with Ponies at first glance, due to some mindset differences and the history that they share, but Sand Dogs are more cunning than they look and, while they lack the highly lethal claws typical of Hellhounds, they have functioning fingers and as such do not require any of the typical devices that ponies use to operate weaponry.

    Cybernetic Eye: You have an implanted Cybernetic Eye! It is optimized to sharpen the user's vision, granting a +1 bonus to Perception! Further, it includes a useful enemy-identifying Eyes-Forward Sparkle, as well as a series of advanced functions allowing you to look instead at infrared light, magical auras, or even take photographs! If you also have a data-processor implant, it can actually record video and audio for later recollection!

    Cybernetic Limbs: Your limbs are outfitted with a motorized cybernetic endoskeleton, increasing their strength immensely! You gain a +1 bonus to your strength score, and your unarmed attacks feel like they were delivered by a pony in Power Barding!

    Reinforced Skeleton: You have massive reinforcements to your skeletal structure, allowing you effective resistance to most types of attack! You gain a +1 bonus to Endurance due to your nigh-indestructible bones, as well as +10 Damage Threshold against physical and explosive damage for having an excessive amount of bullet-and-shrapnel-stopping plates just under the skin. Your limbs can no longer be crippled.

    Data Processor Implant: You have a brain implant designed to help you store and process data efficiently! Due to this special upgrade, you gain a permanent +1 intelligence! Further, you now have near-perfect instant recall of information that you know, a photographic memory, and perhaps most usefully a direct link between your brain and your implants, allowing you to bypass your own nervous system if necessary.

    Probability Calculator Implant: You have a brain implant designed to help you calculate the best decision in a given situation through probability! Due to your ability to make your own luck, you gain a permanent +1 to luck! Yay! As a side effect, you also become unnaturally good at mathematics, given that you have a calculator quite literally wired into your brain.

    Living Anatomy: Your knowledge of anatomy gives you the ability to know where best to strike a living target, even one that you aren't actually familiar with. You do additional damage to all living creatures with all types of weapons, and gain a significant bonus to your crit chance when fighting these opponents.

    Robotics Expert: Your knowledge of advanced circuitry and magical theory has granted you an impressive understanding of mechanical threats! You do additional damage to all robotic foes, and gain a small bonus to your crit chance against them! Further, if you successfully sneak up on a robot, you can force it into a shutdown state before it is alerted. This ability also can affect all types of Power Armor.

    Name:Ducard Equitem Angelos

    Race: Earth Pony

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: Ducard has a cutie mark of a sword plunged in fire, showing his affinity for Fire and Bravery.

    Virtue:Loyalty. Ducard is as loyal as a dog, his spirit unflinching in fulfilling a promise that he has made. He's a avid follower of Chivalry, believing that he must hold himself to a higher standard then what the rest of the wasteland will drag him down to. This loyalty is hardened and strengthened towards leaders and family members, his brother Lamianos used to command the most loyalty. But that was a long time ago.

    Appearance: Ducard is a rather massive pony, his bulky nature making him look like a tank when strapped in his power armor. He has a mottled grey hair and a golden blonde mane. His eyes gleam with pride and ambition, his teeth always in a curved smile at the idea of what he can do each and every day. He enjoys fiddling with things in his mouth, and is prone to taking bits of wood, straw, or anything lying about and flicking it around with his lips.

    Faction: Steel Ranger. Assigned to hunt down and kill Lamianos, also to retrieve his suit of power armor, any technology he has found, and to scout out new areas of old world technology.

    Skills: Like any other Steel Ranger Ducard is a weapons expert, well expertise with a myriad of weaponry. His favored weapons are Flamers and Railguns, or "Purging Weapons" as he calls them. He's not particularly skilled in close combat, as he normally relies on his brute strength to pull through, but it's damned hard to argue with someone as brutish as him. His not the smartest tool in the shed, but he picked up a lot of things about technology in his time with the Steel Rangers, the most prominent thing he picked up was hacking into machinery and manipulating robots, taking control of old world AI was his favorite thing to do on the field, well aside from combat that is. He often utilizes this to repair and condition his power armor, his most trusty tool.

    Equipment: A golden and white suit of Power Armor, painted not all too skillfully but slowly improved over time. It seems to be kept in good condition, with regular maintenance and replacement parts used. It's equipped with standard gear with some special adjustments, a holster for a heavy flamer that rests on his side, a large carrying device that holds his rail gun on his left side, and several tools for hacking integrated into the armor. One can easily tell that each of them have been carefully attended to and given it's own time for care and repair. The armor has bits and pieces of old world iconography attached to it, primarily wings and other holy looking items painted gold and carefully melded in. It would appear a lot of effort was put into making the armor look better and cleaner then the dirty worn down wasteland that birthed it.

    Name: Island in the Sky (Thousand Island)

    Race: Pegasus Smooze Pony

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: A simple white cloud. Island has a special talent for weather magic. With strong wings and a deep intuitive understanding of the sky she's able to create and control a wide variety of weather phenomena.

    Virtue: Kindness. Island is the nicest pony you'll ever meet. Kind, carrying, and compassionate she used her special talent to aid the ponies of the wasteland whenever possible. Though by the same token she shows that meekness does not imply weakness, willing and able to stand up against the cruelty of the Wasteland. Her Virtue has been eroded somewhat by her torment within the Smooze, but despite her imperfections she still strives to be a force of compassion in the Wasteland.

    Appearance: A pegasus pony made of electric blue sludge, her eyes and mouth having been replaced with weeping black pits. Just like any other smooze pony. Her general body shape has been retained as the Smooze failed to break her. Thankful, because skeletal abominations made of acidic slime aren't very nice. Island typically wears a yellow rad-suit to prevent too much radiation loss.

    Faction: Formerly a member of Team Ruben Sandwich GO! Island is currently unaligned.

    Primary Skills: Air Magic, Water Magic, Lightning Magic, Survival, Medical

    Secondary Skills: Weather tending, Cloud creation, First Aid

    Equipment: A yellow rad-suit and as much irradiated waste as she can reasonably carry in the suit's inventory spell.

    Name: Gleamy mind

    Race: Alicorn

    Cutie Mark: a sparkle-like bright/gleam, before unification she had some skill at beguilement magic, plus some other little sides, it was good enought to seal her memories right before unification, but when the process of turning her into an alicorn began, the seal exploded, somewhat altering her link.

    Virtue: Unknown, maybe magic. However, the little memories she has are mostly about Elements of Harmony and friendship, some pre-war stuff, and she tries to follow and uncover it.

    Appearance: She's a somewhat dark green alicorn with a darker mane, tall and with a straight mane.

    Faction: Ex-Unity, she's been sundered from it by some necrotic broadcast

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: Branching green lightning/electrical spells
    Virtue: Loyalty. He may do things that those in power disagree with, but always it is because somebody he knows and trusts asks him to and he doesn't think it will hurt anypony else. He's also rather keen on his appearance, though that won't stop him from risking his grooming for his friends.
    Appearance: An orangey-red coat with a blue and navy mane and tail. He's grown his mane and tail quite a bit, meaning they're longer than one might expect on a male pony. He has yellow eyes, and whenever he gets the opportunity he adds green dye in zigzag stripes across his coat to extend the lightning in his cutie mark. There's a very shiny and well-looked after PipBuck upon his left forehoof, its casing polished to a mirror-like sheen. Tied to his ankle opposite is a ragged holster holding his lightning-caster. He proudly wears a suit of Armour of the Order of the Nightmare he found, though the helmet doesn't yet fit. He's got a saddlebag marked with three interlocking gears and another taken from a Raider, with the rifle wedged between it and his barding.
    Faction: Formally Stable 111, but he got exiled for stealing parts for a mechanical toy for his sister. Since then, he's been wandering alone.
    Primary Skills: Magical Energy Weapons, Repair, Science, Stealth. He also possesses an unusual spell that enables him to partially recharge energy cells and batteries.

    Appearance: She has a lime green coat with a dark red mane and tail, both cropped short and kept a practical length. Her eyes are violet, and gleam intelligently. She doesn't take much pleasure in maintaining her coat and washes herself only when necessary. Her equipment, however, is always kept gleaming and well-maintained. She wears a day-glow suit of padded radiation barding, though she has a strange-looking metal framework around her head with two drop-down arms that can either hold magnifying glasses or scopes. The framework is her 'PipHelm', and incorporates a short-range cutting laser on the right side of her muzzle and a torch on the left side. Slung over her back are a pair of metal toolboxes painted with green lightning bolts.
    Faction: Formerly Stable 111, though she has left to find her brother to try and keep him safe.

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: The outline of a cardioid shape, with a bright red exterior. There is a small bandage on it. Her special talent is healing other ponies, and she has an intuitive grasp of surgery without accidentally killing the patient.

    Virtue: Kindness. She might not always show it, but she's a huge softie. She has a hard time shooting other ponies, aside from those as depraved and basically gone as Raiders, and unless it greatly impinges upon her personal safety, will usually at least attempt to help injured ponies even if she doesn't know them.

    Appearance: Open Heart's coat is a creamy off-white color with a deep blue mane, though it looks more like a violet or indigo when sufficiently dirty. She has eyes matching the color of her cutie mark, a bright red. She wears a layer of wrappings over her midsection, though these cannot be seen under the tattered white Orderly's coat that she wears to keep the wasteland dust from sticking to her.

    Skills: Open Heart is very young, and hasn't developed a wide variety of skills. She has basic proficiency with firearms, but no special ability or accuracy with them. She is fairly competent at first aid and basic surgery, however, and she's fiddled with enough locks to know her way around a tumbler. Finally, she has an unusually good grasp on the sciences for a wastelander, and can hack computers with more skill than her experience suggests. She also has a smooth tongue, which helps a lot with the diplomatic approach to problems.

    Cutie Mark/Special Talent: A red and blue double spiral with a red arrow pointing down and a blue arrow pointing up. Geneva's special talent is weather magic relating to air, its movement, and its pressure. She used this skill to tend to her Stable's artificial weather and to augment her impressive flight prowess.

    Virtue: Magic. Geneva is in many ways defined by her magic. Her job in her Stable and her magic-intensive flight style would both be impossible without her ability to paint with all the colors of the wind. She's an intelligent and friendly Hippogriff, though probably a bit too trusting and naive for her own good. Being asked questions she doesn't know the answer to frustrates her to no end. The death of her Stable struck her hard and she does her best to avoid growing cynical.

    Appearance:
    Geneva has a front half akin to a golden eagle and a back half like a 'Paint' pony, sorrel brown with cream splotches. Her tail and mane are cream with a copper stripe, though she has no forlock to speak of since the rest of her head is covered in feathers. She sports a pair of pony-like ears covered in feathers and has striking amber-orange eyes. Like all hippogriffs Geneva is quite large, intimidatingly so when contrasted with the average pony.

    Picked on for his size, Sparrow started to form an aversion to starting conflict. He instead went to find what he could do and found it. Luckily the Talons could really use somepony with a knack for keeping a griffin alive. Blowing things up just sort of ended up as a hobby. Stuff that goes boom is just an interesting subject.

    Backstory: Before he joined the Ministry of Awesome, he was a burglar in Manehattan. On the Last Day, he and a squad of MoA pegasi infiltrated a zebra megaspell facility and managed to plant their explosives. However, on the way out they alerted zebra guards which made escape much harder, and eventually it was just Lightning and his CO. When the CO was shot by a turret, Lightning refused to leave her side and was eventually surrounded. So he dropped his pistol, drew the detonator and activated the bombs, taking out the megaspells, the facility, most of the guards and himself. He woke up later as a ghoul, and has been trying to make his way back to Equestria ever since, hiding his wings so that he could pass as a zebra, and hiding his skin so he could pass as alive.

On the other hand, she doesn't understand friends at all, is as cruel as a pony can get, is loyal only to herself, backstabs and decieves as she wishes, is a selfish madmare, her sense of humor only seems to encompass gruesome amusement at the suffering of other ponies.

    Cutie Mark: Bizarrely, a Hammer striking an Anvil. The sheer oddity of the constructive action being applied to a pony like her suggests that, maybe, she wasn't raised among Raiders, but came from some more decent background.

    Appearance: Bladeweaver might have once been quite pretty, but now she's a physical wreck. Her natural coat color is green, but now she resembles a badly burnt Ghoul more than anything else. Her fight with Ebon Flame a decade ago cost her most of her flesh, her body held together by some combination of bandages, armor, chains, and sheer willpower. The same fight took her horn, forcing her to crudely reattach it with a sparkle battery, a blowtorch, and four industrial-grade staples. Her eyes are a bright orange, blazing with gleeful malice and sheer hatred for the other ponies of the world. She's also outfitted herself with knife holsters all over her body, to ensure that she's always carrying at least a dozen of her favored weapons at all times.

    Faction: Raiders, though only in the bloodiest sense. While many raiders lose themselves completely to depravity and madness, Bladeweaver remains incredibly cunning, charismatic, and deadly. More than once, she's formed bands of psychopaths and wiped out entire settlements that thought themselves fairly secure. Even more frighteningly, she's been known to brutally murder countless mercenaries, vigilantes, and even Steel Rangers that made the mistake of taking her lightly.

    Primary Skills: Bladeweaver is smarter than your average Raider, and surprisingly good at setting up traps, and goading ponies right into them. She's also a nightmarishly powerful Telekinetic, capable of tossing around shipping crates, lockers, and Steel Rangers with relative ease. Her skill with a knife is impeccable, and her name is well-earned. Finally, she's mastered the technique of convincing fellow raiders to fight and die at her order.
