Not sure I have an opinion on the first one. Kilkil turned out to be less than meets the eye, and General Chang didn't really do much.

Zz'dtri. He intrigues me. I hope this character is fleshed out a bit more.

Kilkil. Competent assistants are hard to find.
And finally, Leeky Windstaff. This character makes me nostalgic. Like looking back at happier times during a time of strife.

Oof. I really like what we've seen from the IFCC, but there's just not enough there for them to take on Elan.

Are you sure we can't swap the IFCC with one of these guys? I mean, I guess they're both fine minor characters, but they aren't standouts. I'll take Zz'dtri because I think the stupid comedy is done better with other characters than Enor. Also, I enjoy that Z is one of the few competent members of the Linear Guild.

I'm thinking he's not long for this world, but I guess I'll take Kilkil in this matchup. I like that he's different from most of the kobolds we've seen so far.

Leeky Windstaff might just be my favorite member of the Linear Guild despite his short appearance, and I can't believe he lost to Jirix of all people. Looks like he's rightfully stomping over the other resistance leader here.

The IFCC. If I thought Elan had a real chance of losing here, I'd be rather torn about which side to vote for. But as is, I'll vote for the underdog. (I might be trying to convince myself that I don't always just automatically vote for PCs.) And I have loved the IFCC's whole temptation plot. And while Elan is adorable sometimes, at other times I share Roy's annoyance with him.

Hmmmm ... this one is really close, but I think I have to go for Zz'dtri. Not really sure why.

Kilkil, I guess. He's amusing, and kinda dragon-like. Chang never made much of an impression on me.

IFCC- got to say, as adorable as Elan is, these guys have led to one of the most interesting plot arcs of the story so far (my opinion), as well as being delightfully evil themselves!

Zzdtri- Enor and Ganji annoyed me.

Too bad for the IFCC, who i would gladly see go far in the tournament, but noone beats Elan.

Enor vs. Zz’drti
Two of the few characters in the entire strip i actually dislike. Enor is just a worse done version of the many stupid childlike fighter types we have seen so far. Retarded child stupid, instead of lovable childish stupid.
Zz'drti is even worse, being a one shot joke about how all players who play a drow just want to do a knock-off of Drizzt. He was removed from the comic, the joke completed. It worked fine in the context of the very early strips, but now he just sticks out like a sore thumb.
I guess ill pick Enor for the lesser confusion strip.

For nothing else than portraying a different kobold.

Eyepatched Resistance Leader vs. Leeky Windstaff
Leeky was a pretty good one time villain for the order, and bonus points for giving great moments to V and durkon.

Well, anyone not voting Elan should feel bad too bad he faces the IFCC when there were 'weaker' concepts at R2, but well.

And here I'll go for Zz'dtri. While less funnier than Enor, it appeared in two story lines as the true V nemesis

Two nice characters, but ultimately Kilkil edges this based on importance, appearing since we got into the Empire Palace.

No brainer here, it's Leeky Windstaff the one who wins at every single point, at least on my book.

Elan vs. IFCC
No real contest; the heart and soul of the piece, and a character who is learning and changing more than most. Not that the IFCC and their scheme isn't intriguing, but they had no chance in this one.

Enor vs. Zz’drti
The bounty hunters were quite interesting, whereas Zz'drti is a bit dull; a good source of Drow jokes in the first Linear Guild arc and a surprise return in this one; but not much else to him really.


Kilkil vs. General Chang
Both these characters were pressed into action way beyond their capabilities. I feel a bit more sorry for Kilkil becasue of the way he was pressganged, especailly given the fate of Linear Guild kobolds. General Chang takes it just because of the battle planning scene (with the shortage of minatures). Having goblins representing Elven archers brought back many good memories.

Eyepatched Resistance Leader vs. Leeky Windstaff

No contest here; I like druids anyway, and Leeky was insanely brilliant.

The IFCC, nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ! Another great one (or three?) bites the dust! ("What do we look like, socialists?") But Elan wasn't losing to them (or many others for that matter) And Enor? I like him and Gannji, but Zz'Dtri is Linear Guild awesome.

Kilkil, for his timely arrival when Nale felt the new Linear Guild lacked something, and because I barely remember general Chang.
