However...and much as I hate to say this...I'm pretty sure the rule is that the votes continue until oppyu sees the new comic and calls them over, not that the time from the comic going up to oppyu calling the vote is a voting moratorium.

I wouldn't call it technically late. If you want to be technical, technically the round hasn't been declared over yet.

Wizard Guy is my hero. He is the reason I read this comic. Without Wizard Guy, I would have no idea how to roleplay every Wizard NPC I have ever used.

Horace Greenhilt, because Julia was basically just Eugene without actually having a point with her acerbic nastiness or any semblance of sympathy like Eugene gets every now and then. Honestly, she may be one of the least likeable characters in the entire comic, which is saying something considering that she never does anything physically harmful.

Wizard Guy, Because one of the best jokes of the entire comic hinges on his corpse. Also Sabine is cool, I guess? Whatever.

Julia Greenhilt. I dunno, Horace is bland. Julia has some funny moments. There's a reason they're both in the loser's cup.

Wizard Guy - I never liked Sabine that much, but the Wizard Guy was a great source of humor for all of the three-ish strips he was in.
Horace Greenhilt - I don't particularly like either, but I like Horace a bit more.

What would possibly make you say that? I do actually think it's a pretty good tiebreaker though, and there have been plenty of times where I'm pretty sure I've been on the opposite side from oppyu and would still support this procedure then.

Also, Wizard Guy, Because he's the funniest nameless NPC in the whole Damn Comic.

And Horace was cooler than Julia.
