In my observation of this Nexus, it has occurred to me that for an alledgedly unstable region of the multiverse, it is surprisingly consistent.

There are far fewer deaths and fundamental changes than one would expect given the nature of this region. Even the latest Rift Park Incident was quite neatly self-contained.

When was the last time there was a serious challenge to one of the main organizations?

And even if I do end up dead, destroyed, whatever...The effects of my plans completion will change this land. I don't really care if I live or die....they'll always be another. But he was a fat little toad who was too greedy to use his power well.Most of his items were destroyed, but I recovered a fair amount. I am here, officially saying now, that it has begun. A million 'almost's are the same as exactly zero 'actual's.

However, I do grant you that perhaps our perception of time is different, I am observing this Nexus from another universe, and can also generally only see publicly-accessible locations.

If there are any other events that have actually created lasting change, then feel free to enlighten me - the most recent ones I have been aware of are in Riverside, and even those are mostly construction or a change of leadership.

Dude, humongous sections of Inside were destroyed when a gigantic Eldritch Terrorhorror lifted itself out of ground from underneath the city and dozens, if not hundreds, of people were eaten when the undead were powered up by a bloodmoon from another sinister event happening at the same time!

If it had been any closer to an "actual" apocalypse, there wouldn't be a Nexus anymore and everybody would be dead! Most of (if not all of my player can't remember, but it did manage to dig up the alt-verse thread where the apocalypse did happen) the orgs even pitched in and tried to work together to stop it.

If that's not as important as vampire politics to you, then I don't know what to say.
