Indeed. Because burning things with fire, the primary goal of pyromancy, is incredibly subtle. So is raising the corpses of the dead, and immediately admitting that you intend to commit murder. I'd call Remnant just to spite you, but they'd probably trace the call and come arrest me instead.

On a side note, broadcasting your secret meetings and their locations is also about the most unsubtle thing ever, topped only by Plane-annihilating weapons.

And for the record, anyone can, with sufficient training and practice, explode heads with nary a thought. Just because you lack the ability doesn't let you speak for anybody else.

Mutants are acceptable - cleanliness, good language skills, and lab-maintenance are all that's really needed, here. Also, a willingness to be a test-subject for non-lethal or non-harmful field-tests.
