Re: Getting a Nintendo Wii
The card system is one of the best parts of Baten Kaitos, though the way the cards were also objects within the game world was fairly irritating.
As for Crystal Chronicles - I enjoyed singleplayer, but multiplayer is far better. The necessity for GBAs and adapters is extremely irritating, but there's a good chance that those are available.I would really like to see a game made by Obryn, Kurald Galain, and Knaight from these forums.
I'm not joking one bit. I would buy the hell out of that. -- ChubbyRain

Re: Getting a Nintendo Wii
Question about the Zelda games for the Wii/Gamecube: do they have the greatest Legend of Zelda Character in them:
Spoiler
I refuse to play any Zelda game that does not have the legendary and awesome Tingle in it.
Greatest Zelda Character ever!

Re: Getting a Nintendo Wii
The newest iteration of Wii is NOT backwards compatible and has no controller ports, so even Wii games that require a special peripheral are a no-go. The previous iteration is the one you want (controller ports + motion plus included). The ones before that will require a motion plus add-on for your remotes.

Re: Getting a Nintendo Wii
Are you perhaps confusing the Wii and WiiU? Two separate systems there.
That said, for third party games, I recommend Okami, which is awesome, and if you've played it on the PS2, try it again. Try the Wii version of RE4, it's a completely different game from one using a controller. You can even plug in a GB controller and see the difference for yourself.
Also, Bully. Metric tons more fun on the Wii.
I really liked the Force Unleashed on the Wii. It's a totally different game than the PS3, or 360, or even PC versions. And it's tons of fun.

I... I really can't argue with that assessment.

Re: Getting a Nintendo Wii
Really sorry for the double post, but I have an important question about the Wii and I didn't think to ask it before. Does it use memory cards or what? How do I save game progress? Just wondering if I have to buy something else. Sorry if this is a stupid question.
