No. But you can use the readied spell as a Readied Action to the spell once it's been used.

Is there anything else you can use besides Wild Empathy to affect the attitude or behavior of a wild animal that isn't a spell?

    I dont understand about penalties.
Lets take it without TWF feat. Penalty -6 -10 (main, off). What will be full attack sequence?
If you have a BAB of +16 and attack with 2 one-handed weapons WITHOUT the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you will get the following attacks:

Main hand at +10, off-hand at +6, main hand at +5, +0, and -5. (Adding in any bonuses to hit such as from Strength or having a magic weapon, Weapon Focus feat, etc.)

This is derived from your normal attack rating of +16/+11/+6/+1. The main hand attacks all take the -6 penalty for TWFing without the TWFing feat.

    16 - 6 = 10, so your main hand attacks are +10/+5/+0/-5

The off-hand attack takes a -10 penalty, and you only get one.

    16 - 10 = 6

    Understand now?

I have a +2 bow, and a +1 Bane arrow knocked. We'll say it's Dragon Bane. I fire at a Dragon. Is the enhancement bonus:

    a) +3 (the +1 arrow becomes a +3 arrow against the Dragon, superseding the bow's +2)
    b) +4 (The Bow's +2 supersedes the arrow's +1, then the Bane quality activates)

I think that the ruling that an anarchic arrow fired from an unholy bow becomes anarchic and unholy applies here.
So the breakdown of bonuses is:
    +1 Arrow
    +2 Bane
    +2 Bow

A 247: (clarification) The effective enhancement bonus is +4.

The +1 from the arrow is superseded by the +2 bow as it is fired. If it targets a dragon, the bane ability activates, increasing the effective enhancement bonus to +4.

    Ranting_DM, from the SRD:
    Ranged Weapons and Ammunition
The enhancement bonus from a ranged weapon does not stack with the enhancement bonus from ammunition. Only the higher of the two enhancement bonuses applies.

Yes, Soothe The Beast is a feat that allows a bard to affect the attitude of a wild animal.
For purposes of your paladin, that would indeed be "Push" from Handle Animal (DC25). Note that by RAW, "Down" wouldn't work, as any animal that doesn't know it (like a wild raccoon) will still attack. "Perform" or "Stay" would both work though.

Only when this is explictely mentioned in the creature's description, like the githyanki, githzerai, mind flayer, drow, rakshasa and other such creatures.

A succubus on the other hand as a counterexample does not increase its SR when gaining more hit dices or class levels.

Can I use fist of stone spell (Spell Compendium) to enhance my monk's unarmed strike?

    Target: You
    Duration: 1 minute
The complicated gestures of the spell end
with a punch of your fist, which now has
the texture and look of stone.
You transform one of your hands into a
mighty fist of living stone, gaining a +6
enhancement bonus to Strength for the
purposes of attack rolls, grapple checks,
or breaking and crushing items. In
addition, you gain the ability to make
one natural slam attack, dealing 1d6
    points of damage + your
    new Strength bonus (or
    1-1/2 times your Strength
bonus if you make no other
    attacks in that round). You
    can make the slam attack
    as a natural secondary attack
    with the normal –5 penalty,
or a –2 penalty if you have
    the Multiattack feat (MM
304), as part of a full
    attack action. However,
    you cannot gain more
    than one slam attack
    per round with this
    spell due to a high
    base attack bonus (+6
    or higher).
    Your fist undergoes

I'm a 5th level paladin that took the Drakkensteed Mount ACF from dragon magic. Can I customize my mounts skills and feats? If so, how do I find out his skill points per level?

His base inteligence is 2, and the skills he has are as follows:
    +6 Listen
    +5 Spot
He's got the alertness feat, and +2 wis. So, subtracting that he should have
    +2 Listen
    +1 Spot
Are those racial bonuses or spent ranks? It he spent those ranks it doesn't add up to his HD (he's got 4. 6 after the paladin's mount adjustment). Assuming a minimun skill points per level, he should have (2+int)*7 points, meaning at least 7 points. Assuming

    A 250 Yes.

You would gain the specified +6 enhancement to Strength for unarmed attacks. Assuming you had no existing Strength enhancements, this would increase your attack by +3. The spell specifies this Strength enhancement offers a boost to damage only for the provided slam attack, not for any other purpose.

I don't believe this has been answered in the previous thread (Q 728 there)

    Q 256

Do you gain the damage bonus from Blade Meditation with all strikes or only those of the chosen school?

For example, if you took Blade Meditation (Devoted Spirit) and used a Falchion or another weapon associated with that style, would you gain the bonus with any maneuver or only those of the Devoted Spirit school?

    Q 257

To choose a style for the Blade Meditation Feat, do you need at least one maneuver from that style or would any one maneuver suffice?

For example could you take Blade Meditation (Devoted Spirit), without having a single Devoted Spirit Maneuver but having at least one maneuver of one other style?

Chain Spell, Ocular Spell + Split Ray, Quicken Spell (if you prepare it and cast it twice), Ocular Spell + Ray Burst, Ocular Spell + Ray Coning, Ocular Spell + Ray Splitting.
Eg. A Ocular Ray Burst Daze Monster (applying metamagic from left to right) could affect all targets within 30'.
