    A1151: Yes and yes. It merely says "anyone grabbed by the strand", so it triggers whenever someone is grabbed by a given strand for the first time.

    Is there a RAW statement anywhere specifying the height of an Energy Wall? The text for the power mentions the LENGTH of the wall, but not the HEIGHT. Is there a default height that is assumed, like 10 ft?

    I'd depends on the item. In this particular case the DEX is in a non-matching slot so you multiply it by 1.5, and then add the armor bonus as is as it is in a customary slot

    A1157: He will get +1 to hit against small creatures, this is because small creatures get +1 AC so the bonuses effectively cancel out.

    Q 1158 Contention:

    Whether a DEX bonus falls under the Combat Body Slot affinity is debatable, but anyway using only the Core books you get a +50% price increase on any additional property:

    If you say that the DEX bonus is in the wrong slot you get an additional +50%.

    Also do note that the +50% is not applied to the cheapest or most expensive enchantment, but to any enchantment after the first. So the order is important.

    If however you use the Magic Item Compendium, there is a rule letting you to forgo the +50% for certain generic enhancements (AC, Saves, Abilities etc.) on p. 233 f.

    Now to the math:

    DMG: +8 Bracers of Armor + +6 DEX = 64k gp + 1,5 or 2*36k gp = 118k gp or 136k gp

    MIC: +8 Bracers of Armor + +6 DEX = 64k gp + 1 or 1,5*36k gp = 100k gp or 118k gp.

    A small human isn't really a human since they are medium, but yes small creatures keep their +1 to hit in all cases - against another small creature it is balanced by their +1 to AC.
    Note it is NOT BAB (Base Attack Bonus) - it is a size bonus to hit.

    If a level 9 psion with practiced manifester feat and metamorphic transfer feat uses metamorphic transfer to become a hoary steed to gain astral projection, does the su ability of astral projection take 30 minutes to cast like the spell, further when the duration on metamorphasis ends with the astral projection end? When it ends will the astral projection still be a hoary steed or will it be the psion's original form?

    Q 1161 (Because the previous should be 1160): In the SRD Expansion the Psychic Warrior power says duration of 1 round/level, but in the physical book it says 1 min a level. Which is correct?

    The third option for augmenting the power should read as follows:

    Inspire Courage isn't singled out as requiring a Concentration check to maintain, so what sort of action does it require (e.g. could you attack or use total defense while maintaining it)?

    ...is there no limit to how long you can maintain IC? Because I can't find anything about that, but it seems a little weird...

    It requires a standard action to activate IC but no action to maintain it. You can do anything that is not explicitly forbidden by the Bardic Music entry. So yes, you can attack or use total defense.

    There is no limit. However as long as the bard maintains IC he is unable to use most magic (see link above)

    My DM used a talent on a paladin which gave her the ability to make an enemy attack land on an opponent with an appropriate check (I can't remember but I seem to recall it was reflex) if these two enemies are flanking this character.
    Can you help me find what talent or ability it was?
