I haven't quite convinced her to start yet! She's a bit skittish about making such a time investment, and although she seems a bit curious, she hasn't actually made a decision.

There are few characters left that would get more than an, "Oh. They're dead." from me at this point, but damnit, Terezi's one of them. She just can't get a br8k.

Also I'm surprised I never thought to look for an MSPA thread before. I started reading PS about the same time that I joined the forum, after all. Or wait. Like a year after I joined? Some time around then.

I've been on a crazybonk homestuck kick as of late. I've been looking through certain snippets of the story and looking at fanmade stuff.

It's all pretty darn good, honestly. I had forgotten about that.

I'm thinking about writing Trollcops fanfiction. Something about Lord English. Maybe make Caliborn and Calliope his kids, I dunno.

Both sides already know about each other, with the possible exception of Terezi.

The Queen knows that other trolls are alive, because she sent Jane and Jade to force Karkat and Kanaya to go to Echidna as part of her plan to revive the matriorb. So while she's probably a little surprised to see Aranea present, she knows there are other trolls around.

Karkat and Kanaya know that the Empress is around because they spoke with Jade.

Gamzee knows that the Empress is around because he's been stalking all over this session.

Aranea always knew the Empress was around.

Not sure if any of that intel filtered down to Terezi or not, but it might have; didn't Aranea explain that the troll empress was around in the dream bubbles? I can't recall clearly.

I wonder if the queen has a shipping grid? A matriorb isn't enough for her; she needs living trolls who can provide genetic material. (Which means, come to think of it, that she does need as many trolls as possible to survive -- I'd assumed they were spare to her plans, but they're not. She also needs their cooperation.)

I guess Aranea hasn't commanded her army of Damara Telekinetics to drop it yet.

It's interesting that the sword didn't disappear when Dirk did. I guess Jake didn't even process the fact that he had created that sword along with dream Dirk, so it didn't poof out of existence because he didn't expect it to.

Smart money is on Jane killing her and being possessed by the curse that the Handmaid and Condescension had, whilst Jake will be possessed by Lil' Cal/kill Jack Noir and have Caliborn's curse passed onto him, as foreshadowed by that conversation right after [S] Jade: Enter where John and Jade talked about how horrible it would be if Jade's grandpa was the final boss!

Unlikely. Besides being an Empress and a hero of Life, I believe Lord English gave her the blessing/curse of true immortality. Killing her would be much harder than killing a god-tier. (Although killing anything seems to be easy if Paradox Space will allow you to.)

It's interesting to note that all the remaining trolls are mid to high bloods. Gamzee is violet (and violent), Kanaya is Jade Green, Terezi is Teal. Karkat is a mutant, but his relationship to the troll patterns places him firmly into green territory. Sollux and Aradia are still alive, but they are also not involved. I just have to wonder how their "good but not great" ranking will fly with Condie.
