looking for the fey blooded feat (or something similar named)

hi,
we are trying to recreate a character from our early stages of playing dnd 3.0.
my buddy had a feat he keeps calling fey blooded (or fae blood?!) what it did was giving you acces to spells as a 1st lvl druid.
you couldn`t improve it as far as he remembers so it was more of a flair thing.
we already found the heritage feats in the complete arcane and thats not what we re looking for.

They were in the complete mage, so not far off. And it is called Fey Heritage n such.

Edit: In the dragon magazine's and dragon compendium I think there was one called fey blooded. and in unearthed arcana there were those bloodline traits, one of which is fey I believe
