Koala In The Kitchen
koalainthekitchen.wordpress.com
I've recently been learning how to cook and bake various odds and ends, as folks that went to the London mini-meet can attest to. I felt it'd be useful to me to keep a record of my progress and, as a result, I've started up a blog as well!
The site is pretty bare bones at the moment - when I get a chance this week, I'll look at doing some banners and backdrops to pretty things up a little. I might also look at a profile page for my kitchen assistant.

Re: Koala In The Kitchen
Very nice - I left a comment for you. Those truffles came out really nice - mine are always melty.

Most people do - the full scope and tragedy doesn't really hit until it's someone you love who's got a terminal case of hole-in-the-trachea.

Re: Koala In The Kitchen
I still haven't settled on a name for him yet.
Also trying to decide what to do for this week's entry - part of me wants a change of tack and to try copying an amazing blue cheese salad I had the other day. The other half wants to go with some rocky road rice crispy squares my mum used to make for me. Or maybe even a lasagne...

I can personally attest to the deliciousness of that cheesecake. I'll probably steal the recipe sometime soon.
